What do you guys think of my progress? weight in the first pic is around 185-190lbs second is 212 lbs Kind of looks to me like I just got fat but my lifts have gotten a lot stronger. Deadlift: 365–>550 Squat: 280–>370 Bench: 180–>270

i dont get it.
seems like you started out real strong to begin with and you made good strength gains. im guessing you did 5x5 or Starting Strenght something like it.
What have you been doing? Age/Height/Training History?
Yeah, you put on some fat but you look better in the second pic. If those lifts are real then stick with whatever you’re doing. Fat is transient and unless you live in the southern hemisphere, summer’s a long way off. Good work.
U seem strong if real numbers but don’t look 212, u over 6ft?
Rule of thumb, ur abs are showing u arent growing.
I see a hint of abs.

…?? so you saying I cant make mass gains when my abs are showing?? I’m a nub please explain this to me
Is it bad that I thought he had the pics flipped and he went from chubby to lean?
cardio. if ur eating more (which is obvious) u need to include cardio to ur routine is u want size AND definition, as opposed to just strenght gains,…unless of course thats what u want

note to OP… Clean off the jiz on your bathroom mirror before posting a picture… If you can lift those numbers then I can Squat, deadlift, and bench press smart cars…

I’ve kind of learned to not judge how strong I think someone is based solely on there appearance, within a certain reason. Videos are always the easier way to disprove all that, but I wouldn’t say his numbers are 100% false based already.
One, there is no way he’s 185-190 with out weights attached to him. He looks like maybe 160 in the left picture and 175-180 in the right picture… Those lifting numbers don’t add up to his pictures… I have a few friends who are 180-185 who are personal trainers that have records for there weight class in Wisconsin who are deadlifting 560 lbs and benching 385 lbs… This dude is a liar… Just looking for attention…

You’re pretty quick to call people out for only having been here about a week.
None of the numbers he posted are absurd for his weight. I realize he looks pretty soft, but IMO, if I can lift the weights he’s talking about, he should be able to do it weighing 30 lbs more than me. Looks don’t tell the whole story. And by the way, you can’t even see his legs! His impressive lifts (squat and bench) don’t have anything to do with what he’s showing in his pictures. I’ve seen too many people called out for crazy lifting numbers who made the haters look stupid the next week with videos. So I think you should slow your roll ksrcrider.
Lmao says the guy with a dbz character for his face… Obviously your one who believes everything you read on the internet… Oh yeah he must have huge legs, that’s where his weigh comes from. I don’t care if I been on this forum for a day… I’ll call out someone’s b/s story if I see it… Go cry somewhere else man. I believe nothing he says, and I stand by that.

I’m not going to argue about his lifts, only the OP can prove it. I just don’t think those are obscene numbers. I also don’t understand why you compared his 270 BP to a 385 bench press. those aren’t in the same ballpark.
Y u mad about my face? I’ve had my face in every avatar picture I’ve had on this site for 2 years until a few days ago, when someone made a joke about me looking like Krillin. So I changed my picture for lolz. And my pictures in my hub still have my face, including this picture.
I read your thread too, and your change is certainly impressive. Congrats.
Thank you for looking at my progress… I like dbz, I don’t have problem with it. I’ve been on forums for years and years and years. Whether it be a car forum, bodybuilding forum etc… Car ones being the worst… I have an eye to spot b/s stories when I see one… I’m not saying those are super crazy numbers, but for his build it isn’t happening… I’m a firm believer on pictures and videos if your saying you can lift a number of weight that doesn’t compare to your frame…
Anyone can type out I can squat 800 lbs… spotting out trolls are easy… Get where i’m coming from… I see this guy squatting high 200’s ass to the ground not 70% of the way down… benching mid 200’s not bouncing it off his chest like I see so many people doing. and dead lifting mid to low 300’s… I can do 470 lbs partials for squats, but I don’t say I can squat that.
look at where the door knob is at on his body. its above his waist by a inch or two. Hes only about 5’6 5’7 at the most. He’s pretty skinny in the left picture. Case closed lol
The numbers he listed would be ideal for someone who weights that 185-190 then said 210lbs… Problem is he don’t weigh that. The left picture seriously looks to be maybe 160. That’s being nice. Unless the guy is 6’5… 185-190 not happening…

ksrcrider in my honest opinion you sound foolish and a little jealous. Maybe this guy just lifts more then you but doesn’t look as good as you so automatically he must be wrong and a liar.
How about him, if you saw him walking on the street do you think he could deadlift that? What about a lot of competitive weightlifters?
Does this guy look like he can squat this 577 pounds ass to grass?
I really don`t care if the numbers are true or not, but your reply to flipcollar, making fun of his avatar, saying to go cry somewhere else…I really hope you are a teenager because otherwise grow up dude!
