If you have to use wrist straps for a 350 DL, you’re pretty fucking weak.

I think the comments are funnier than the video, take this for example:

“hahahahah fucking fatasses trying to max in strength instead of working out properly they work their ego very diligently and regularly ^^. Might’ve lost some braincells along the way so he forgets the essentials”

I suppose working out properly would be doing curls and crunches.
