bodybuilders are not weak… (ex. Ronnie Coleman)they do need higher reps (8-15) but no matter what your doing ya gotta put up big weight to be big. oh yeah a little about me… i’m 6’1" 235 now was 208 in march. im at about 10% body fat(bulking).

Discovered a weird trick on accident:

I was making a shake while tired, and I mixed it too thick. Like epically too thick. Like “eat it with a spoon” too thick.

But I was lazy, and took it to work anyway. I got the idea to pour off some of it into another glass, and cut it with milk. Lo and behold, it was the shit. This thing has lasted me for a couple days, and it stirs up beautifully every time…once I get the recipe perfected, I’ll be sure to post it here.

I do a variation of this all the time. I’ll make a shake that is way too thick. So I’ll down 1/3 of it and add another cup of orange juice or milk and voila.
