I d believe that explains why you can’r grasp why someone would waste so much time and money n getting big.
“Skinny fat”…uh yeah…maybe the first year I started. if you are on this site and your high school self makes you look bad, you skipped a few concepts.

At risk of being an attention whore, I used to lift, a lot. Started in seventh grade out at Katy Jr. High officially, dads stuff in the garage before that but mostly just dicking around while he was in there.
At my best I was 220, roughly 10% body fat (i used one of those electronic things, sometimes it showed 8% which was it’s lowest reading, sometimes 12 usually right on ten) at 6 ft. Hyoooge? No. Bigger than the average bear? Yes. Was I happy? Sure.
I left a job to start a company and found out I had bitten off much more than anticipated. After about two very stressful years of long days, shitty diet, shitty sleep and most likely cortisol through the roof, I got to a place I could lift, dick around on T-Nation all day again and things like that.
I am basically starting over, hence the previously mentioned consideration of usuing AAS.
I am in horrible shape. I look at old journals and almost cry when comparing. I am working on it though and still in my twenties, barely. With some time, a little ball busting for motivation and red meat I will be back. Might even do the doctor trt, still undecided.
