The program breaks it up into weight categories. There is a category for people under 150lbs and you pick and choose the foods based on CT’s recommendations, you do the exercises, etc.

Hey, thanks for responding. I actually just got the book - but I figured out the calories for a typical day for the 150 and under diet - and it was around 2100 cals. This is way too much for me. My maintenance is around 1900 or 2000. He describes the first couple of weeks as intense caloric restriction - which it definitely wouldn’t be for me.
but you are going to increase your activity also, or not?
the idea, if I understand it correctly, is to diet by consuming a lot of food and burning a lot calories (the whole g-flux principle) NOT by consuming a little bit of food and burning small amount of calories.
The first phase is called “extreme calorie restriction” or whatever, but you are actually eating even less in the other phases and they are just called “medium calorie rest…”. Whyt is this? This is because you training style also changes and you dont burn as much
