Get Jacked Questions

CT,

I bought your get jacked fast and I am into the 5th week. The problem I have is I work out in the AM and with phase 3 (week 5) I am running out of time to get the energy work in, is it alright to split it and do the lifting in the AM and cardio in the evening? Or should I suck it up and get to the gym at 5:30 instead of 6:30?

Also, I have been doing the A1 and A2 for the given rest period between A1 and A2, should these be performed as one super set with the rest after the super set only?

Thanks and Congrats on being a new Daddy! Being a Dad far out weighs anything else I have ever accomplished in my life!

Yes it’s perfectly fine. If anything, splitting your daily volume into 2 sessions is always more effective.

If it’s a superset, it is mentioned.

Cool thanks for the quick reply!

Hey
I Plan to start the Get Jacked Fast Training and Nutrition Programm at January 1st.
Besides these, I will post my Progress weekly.

My question is:

  1. Shold i take a breake of training and diet before i start this Programm?
  2. Iam a Body Pump Instructor and i give to 3 days per week ( Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday ) Body Pump.
How shold i reconcile that with the Get Jacked Training Programm ?

  3. Yes I would. But that doesn’t mean that you should eat crap.

  4. I have no idea what “Bod pump” is, but doesn’t sounds like something I would recommend

hey thanks for the answer

BODYPUMPâ?¢ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Itâ??s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMPâ?¢ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45-minute or one-hour workout. Youâ??ll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights.

Burn up to 600 calories per class for fat loss

Improve your strength

Improve your general fitness

Shape and tone your muscles

Improve your bone density (helps ward off osteoporosis)

Gives you a sense of achievement

You mean something like this?

no here this is body pump

Hey coach, just bought get jacked last night and really looking forward to starting it…

One quick question…

I may not be able to get a hold of the Multi Vitamin and Digest supps by Poliquin. So my question is do they have to be Poliquin brand supps? or just any supplement with about the same ingredients? Same question for the Surge workout fuel.

Thanks a lot CT

where can I take a look at this book?

I just want to say that the whole “body pump” thing was f@c#ing hilarious…seriously made my day…

Benching on a fucking stepper? AAHHHHHHHH

With 60 lbs? Fucking AAAAAAHHHHH again.

But seriously, it looks great. Should get you swole.

I LOL’d.

i agree, body pump thing was too much, i was dying. This thread should be called “get whacked.”

Body Pump at the YMCA in my hometown is full of housewives doing quarter squats and 6 inch shoulder presses. 600 Calories a workout? Maybe if they put effort into it.

Gee … now I don’t know which program to do, “Get Jacked Fast” or “Body Pump”.

Coach I would LOVE to do this program…

But is there much room for tweaking if an individual is stuck in a busy gym where supersetting certain movements are not feasible?

I’m almost all the way through I,Bodybuilder, just wonder if I should do body pump after phase 5 or should it be turned into phase 6 of the actual program? NOthing says sense of achievement like body pump and I have been worried about osteoporosis for some time now as I approach my mid 20’s

my fish oil has 647mg of EPA and 253mg of DHA so 900 total mg… Should I be taking about 5 of these each time you say take 5g of fish oil?
