Nice… I’m lean enough as it is… but ya… an Ebook or a 12 week ‘get huuuugge’ program would be great… I’d TOTALLY buy that…

He is doing one free of charge to take the place of Mondays with THibs for a while.
Is that what he said… I thought so… but I didn’t read that right… (I’m a little slow eh? )

It’s pricey but I’m seriously tempted to buy a copy…

??? It’s a 12 weeks plan including diet, supplement and program. Normally most coaches ask for anywhere from 150 to 400$ per month for distance coaching (which is basically a routine and diet).
Just bought a copy, really impressed with the detailed breakdown of the phases. This program is very different from anything I have done, I look forward to seeing the results!

Someone should start a training log as a review of the product.

Doesn’t seem like it would disappoint. I may have to pick this up.

CT thanks for all you do for this site.

Well then they would have to write out the programs, which i would doubt he would appreciate

Christian, looking forward to this. Any idea when ?

Good point. I just said it because there have been logs ‘testing’ Waterbury’s 10/10 and Cressey’s Maximum Strength and now Nate Green’s Built for Show.

Maybe besides Cresseys, the other 2 i doubt many people would use

Stutter reps make what I would consider lighter loads to feel 10x heavier. I can’t wait for these first two weeks to be over!

There’s a pretty simple way to solve that problem. Just do what IronAbrams did when he ran Maximum Strength: ‘talk’ about each day of the program without giving specifics beyond PRs, bodyweight, and such. That’ll be enough to show how well the program works.

Dunno why it’d be doubted anyway. CTs work is reliable.

I bought the e-book even though I won’t currently implement it because I’m at the end of my cut. I like to support good stuff. $40 is NOTHING to pay for what it covers.

CT’s body of work speaks for itself. A great resource with a knack of breaking things down succinctly. He is always re-engineering his programs and methodologies.

I’m actually looking forward to his upcoming maximum muscle growth article since that coincides with my next goal.

Keep up the good work CT!

EDIT:Answered my own questions by rereading.

Also for anyone considering it, do it. I don’t really even know how to explain it but it is different from everything I’ve seen before.

I can’t feel my legs. :[

Few questions CT

1.) Would HOT-ROX be benefical to add anywhere into the plan?
In Phase II, CT writes that it would be a good time to start using HOT-ROX.

Just downloaded the book and will be giving it a go next week. Most of my program currently is taken from CT’s articles already especially my chest and leg days. For me and what I’ve gained in knowledge from him 40 dollars is nothing.

I’m currently working out my menu and meals, but I’m unsure how to use protein shakes in this plan. 1 scoop of Metabolic Drive would be considered how many portions of protein? I was thinking 1 scoop per portion, but 4 scoops in 1 shake seems pretty crazy.

I have the same question, mostly because of my work schedule I need the convience of a shake. Also, it would be easier for me to know how many grams of protien per portion versus the actual weight i.e 20 grams of protien from chicken per portion vs 75g of chicken.

Erm you know he has a Q and A yes… why not try post your question there ?

1 scoop of protein = between 1 and 2 portions… you can start by counting it as one, it will not be a problem as it’s protein alone.

Where did you guys buy the ebook from?
