I’ve actually been busy achieving my goals. Turns out if I spend less time talking about it and more time focusing on it I get more done. I wish I was a strong enough person to be able to juggle internet with my lifting, buuuuuuut I’m not. On outside I may look like bull…but on inside I’m wee little kitten. I got a gym membership and it all went up hill from there haha. No more death traps so I can squat and no more bargaining with God for my life when I bench press. -Not holding the lockout till you get the “rack” command
Also, obvious things like starting before you get the command, etc… but those 3 are most common. HOW you get the bar up will not disqualify you, so long as you do in fact get it up.
Personally, I have no issues getting my bar up.
