Hey broseph!! Where ya been at?!

Holla friendo’s!

Random, namelss meet prep program week 2, day 1

Squats
140 x 2
140 x 2
140 x 2
140 x 2
140 x 2
140 x 2

Felt pretty good today!! I lowered the bar and brought out my stance and I had NOooOOo crumbling, technical issues. I think maybe before I was doing a mixed squat that wasn’t low bar or high bar, narrow stance or wide stance. Ima keep doin’ it like this and see what happens when the weight gets heavier.

UMM bench
105 x 4
105 x 4
105 x 4
105 x 4
105 x 4
105 x 4
ALLlllllll paused
The bar felt lighter so I put an extra 5lbs on there, so it looked like 110, but in my head it was only 105, ya.

DB row 30lbs
3 x 12

ropey abs
5 x 12
facepulls 2 x 25

leg speader 3 x 10
plate side bends 35lbs
2 x 12/side

back ext 1 x 25

patrick batemen abs 1 x 30
plank
other random time wasting stuff
Ya.
Pretty good.Today was like this first day in the history of my squatting that my glutes felt activiated.

I think I am going to start recording my mood so I can see if there is a pattern in my psychotic-ness. That way I can better time when I make important decisons and when I can assume I am being irrational, etc…

Yesterday’s mood level: Grumpy bitch
Today’s mood level:Miserable bitch

The difference is yesterday I wanted the world to fuck off, today I just want myself to fuck off. It makes sense.
Sept. 24th
Perhaps the week of the 23rd-30th I am bitchy/miserable
Maybe at the beginning of Oct. i will be hyper and happy. STAY TUNED!!!

Life news:
Papa wont take me to the festival of strength, BUT maybe I will just take the bus…? Those big busses look fun, and then it can be like a vacation! Usually on the weekends my kid is with his dad I spend the wholetime trying to recover from my hourly panic attacks, THIS TIME I can be distracted! Maybe I’ll go to the zoo< ORR just ride the LRT cause I hear it’s wayyy more impressive than Edmonton’s.
ANd sherwood park’s LRT is non existent, so yuh.
Should be fun.
UMM NOTHING ELSE

BYE

Hey. I’ve been following your training and I gotta say you’re stronger than you think you are. You mentally limit yourself and hold yourself back. Your weakness isn’t your knees caving in, it is the squishy grey thing between your ears. Get your mind right and the weights will fly!

Sincerely, Tyler

By the time I come into your log next, you will have quit the meet and re-registered again, so preemptive congratulations on re-rejoining the meet.

What would it cost for you to take the bus? Might be worth it. I don’t know about the LRT, but yeah I guess the zoo’s cool. Haha.

Also, if you ask nicely, you might be able to get a ride from somebody. Maybe. Depending on their schedule.

A few months later…

105 5x
105 5x
105 5x

The bar felt EVEN LIGHTER this time so I put an extra 30 pounds on there, so it looked like 135, but in my head it was only 105, ya.

Ahem…

Dearest TheJonty,

Umm I was just wondering if um maybe you were like not to busy and stuff, if um you could like maybe sorta like um

Maybe if it’s not too much trouble, and if my style of de-awkwarditizing small talk isn’t too bothersome if um you could like

Maybe consider like

Nevermind.

Not sure what sort of ride you’re trying to ask Jonty for…

Things are heating up quick in here.

Everybody in here needs to calm down. This thing is still like two and a half weeks away. I’m a man, I have severe difficulties thinking that far ahead.

Ya guys, calm down.

And everyone kNowwwwwwwwwws that I ruin things by just flat out asking people if they wanna do it and then I end up coming across as totally needy/forward.
WHICH I was not planning on doing until I was actually IN Calgary, thank ya very much. Now how am I gonna make things awkward/uncomfortable?

Gah, ya’ll totally messed up my “game”.

ANYWAY

I forgot to record my mood yesterday and I don’t wanna forget

Sept. 25th

MOOD STATUS: Anxious, but not miserable. A few panic attacks, but still plenty of energy. Hyper, but not happy.
Well my theory on the week of sept 23-30th being a bitchy week was WRONG. Ah well.

Im still owed 10 dollars from Spock and some other person.
