He needs to go down anyway cause he still has my grandma’s ashes to put some where. :S
It’s okay though, she was semi-evil so it’s not like it’s an emotional holding on to her type of thing. If that makes it less awkward/morbid for you all. I dunno.

Yeah Come handle me since I have nor clue whose going to be doing that yet. You can see what someone whp gets let out of the box looks like[/quote]

She’s too anxious to lift herself, has never been at a competition before, . . . I think you might want to pursue other people to be your handler haha.

You should definitely come down though. It’ll be cool as I believe they’re having an oly lifting competition, a powerlifting competition, a strongman competition, and a kettlebell competition all run relatively simultaneously. I wasn’t there last year but I intend to be there this year spectating (or possibly helping, if I get roped into something).

YES! Not to mention I do not even know what a handler is or what they are supposed to do…

Being a handler sounds sort of sexual. Is somone supposed to handle me at my meet? I can be such a handful.

The handling you’re thinking of comes afterwards, in your hotel room, as reward for hitting PRs.

Heh heh. Comes afterwards.

Squats
140 x 3
140 x 3
140 x 3
140 x 3
140 x 3
140 x 3

Pretty good, occasional knee caving, but it was very slight! And usually only on the 3rd rep. I also stopped it the second I felt it starting, so yuh. Improvement.

105 x 2
105 x 2
105 x 2
105 x 2
105 x 2
All reps paused
Still wrist/thumb painy, but it’s not like it makes me weaker. Just makes me feel like I have less control, or something…

Uhmmmmmm

Plate side bends 25lbs 2 x 25/side

DB shrugs 30lbs
3 x 12

back ext. 3 x 15 glutey squeezy every rep

leg spreader 3 x 10

christian bale abs x 25

I think that’s all I really did

mini crunches x 50 I guess

whateveaaaaaa

Maybe do some intervals and some chin ups tomorrow…

Life news:
OH I filled out my meet forms and they had this spot for music choices? Which is weird cause I don’t listen to music when I lift so it might be kinda distracting.???
BUt it could also be awkward and lame if it’s dead silent when I lift…???
It said like 3 song choices, but i dunno what to pick. Maybe just sympathy for the devil over and over? That’s like “my” song.
Most couples have a song, but since i am always just a +1 I have MY own song for my own special occasions.
I remeber one time at a rolling stones concert mick jagger put on this red coat and I just knew…i knew it was time!!!
and then he put on a hat…
AND IT BEGAN

WOoo WOoooo

WOooo woooOOoo

A week later, after that concert, I told a bouncer at a dirty bar about that moment and I lost my virginity.
2 months later I got knocked up.
The end.

K BYE

That was literally the best story I’ve ever heard on the internet. Therefore, best story.

Spock, your log is like a roller-coaster that I don’t want to get off. lol

Definitely do the meet. Consider competing as a personal victory when you face the anxiety and win. The numbers don’t matter. And if you want to be a cop you are going to be in situations where backing out is not an option.
And gettin’ handled ain’t a bad deal either.

You mention your knees caving like, every time you squat whether it happens or not. How do you know that they’re caving?

Do you film every set and watch afterwards?

Can you actually feel them caving in?

Are you looking at yourself in the mirror and watching it happen?

If it’s the first two, I can understand talking about them daily, but if it’s the last one…QUIT LOOKING IN THE MIRROR! Just keep your head up, look up, push your knees out and do it. One less thing you worry about, will be one less thing you’re worrying about.

Ok, back to lurking now.

Non! I am a good girl and I don’t squat in front of the mirror. It actually really bugs me to squat in a mirror. I’ll wait for 20 minutes if I have to to get a mirror-less rack.
I can always just feel it.
I don’t remember if my knees have always caved because I wasn’t aware of it until months ago when someone pointed it out to me. Now I can feel it allll the time, it’s very frustrating. Makes me feel like I am crumbing with weight that I thought I could handle just fine.
ANY ADVICE OR TIPS ALWAYS WELCOME. You clearly know what your talking about!

I used to wrap a miniband around my knees and do a shitload of bw squats with an emphasis on forcing my legs out.

You have funny exercise names mam. Whats with the Christian Bale abs?

Also, do you point your toes out when you squat? My knees use to cave in when I kept my toes straight.

You have tight hips then or your not pushing you knees out far enough. I squat with my feet straight ahead a good majority of the time. only time my knees want to cave are if my feet are too wide or I miss groove my squat

I definitely have messed up legs. I’m a little bow-legged so I guess thats why I have to turn my toes out some. Playing hockey probably contributes to that also.

I point my toes out a lil, but one time 2 SCOOPS told me too much pointy makes them cavey, so I dunno. I do really think it’s improving though :D!

UHH Christian bale abs are this thing I saw him do in American Psycho that looked effective, but I had no idea what to call them. I should try to find a youtube clip so peeps understand.

K HERE it’s at the very beginnig.

CHRISTIAN bale abs!! Perhaps I should rename them to patrick bateman abs???

OPINIONS?

K anyway here is today’s

Treamill hill sprint intervals x 20 minutes!

Felt good N’ awesome and whatnot. I am no where near as good as I used to be before I got all “husky” LOL, but it’s getting not-so-shitty.

leg spreader 4 x 8

NG pull ups SS hanging leg raises
4/8
3/8
3/8
2/8

Straight legged sit ups 2 x 25

I think I did something else, but I forget.
No actually I think that’s all I did.
Plank I guess.

YA.

I am so sexually deprived I feel like I’m going to explode, HAHAHA. This is fucking awful.
I refuse to masturbate at my parents’ place, it’s just too weird.
And my doggie sleeps in my room with me so like…
I just…

Speaking of my doggie he farted this AM HAH WTF!!
I never heard him fart before! It actually woke me up! What a lil cutie! I just love him so much it hrut skljgksdjgaddfgdfl. My heart flutters everytime I look at his FAceeee.
