I honestly I had no idea that I had made body changes that were actually noticeable, LOL. I knew my pants were getting really big on me, but the scale wasn’t doing anything and I don’t really check myself out in the mirror all that often so I figured ehh, I’m sure I’ve gotten somewheres, but not very damn far!
I feel a lot more satisfied now.

Not to say that I’m where I want to be, but I believe it is possible now. THINGS DON’T SEEM SO HOPELESS ANYMORE :D!

! I did a lot of extended sets today where I would do one set of as many reps as possible, then rest 5-10 seconds, and do another set with as many reps as possible, BUT I really don’t remember my exact rep ##'s so I sorta “guessed”. I KNOW they were all in the 9-15 range, so I ain’t no LIAR! !

WEIGHT: 136.8 YEAH.

Benching felt awesome today. Back to benching like a powerlifter with good elbow tuckage and what not. Felt totally wonderful.

I can’t wait till Friday cause it will be my first paycheck from my new job and I’ve been working lots and I got some stat pay in there also so ya.
