So with my deadlifts I sunk my hips down lower and even though I couldn’t lift as much weight it was ALL in the hamstrings instead of my lower back.
My 210 set had a real sticking point, but I could feel my hamstrings doing all the work and my back didn’t decide to be a bully and take over the load, which I really like. Hopefully I can build up a lot more strength this way in the long run.
Also will probably not have back soreness.

Somewhere in there we were talking about workout out, and then he started telling me his work schedule, like 14 days on 7 days off, and I was thinking this was still about making time to hit the gym, but he was actually like warning me because apparently I was already his girlfriend or something, HAHA. AWKWARD.
So what time do you get off work? You’re busy after work? We’ll I’m sure we can fit in a dinner. You’re tired? Can’t you squeeze in a movie with me and my dad? Comeonnnn, BLAHBLAH
THEN he stopped looking at my eyes and face area and kept going to the body regions. Which was also really uncomfortable because he would look back at me after checking me out and then he could see that I saw he was checking me out.
