I spend more time tinkering with my form than I do actually trying to get stronger :D.

I really don’t feel like a fat person anymore.
Let me expand on this…

When I first started trying to lose weight I was like UHG, today I woke up fat, tomorrow I’ll wake up fat, the day after that I’ll wake up fat. BUT SOME-FUCKING-DAY I will not wake up fat, and that was okay with me.

Yesterday I got up at like 5:30am to do f-in intervals like some kinda highly motivated individual. And every single time I tell myself I “deserve” to eat more, cheat more, be lazy more, I ignore it.
I was looking through my closet yesterday, and I realized I was excited to pick out my clothes for work, where as before I was like umm, no, I am not going to wear THAT shirt, it makes me look like a blubber fuck.
So even though I still feel I have a long ways to go, it’s my mentality that’s changed. I do not "thinK’ like a fat person anymore and that brings me great comfort.
