Hello friends!!
I have stopped logging my workouts in an attempt to settle my post-workout anxiety and calm my excessive cortisol.
Repeating everything that I do at the gym and trying to remember sets and reps and whatnot makes my heart palpitate and then I start to hyperventilate.
I feel that calming my nerves is a very important part of my body recomp journey.
I will, however, post the occasional update every so often and let you know how things are going, etc…
Today’s weight was 138.6, which brings my weight loss total to around 12lbs since march.
I hope to be in the best shape of my life around my 27th birthday (august 25th), so I feel that I have plenty of time.
Things with work are going really well. I hired three wonderful ladies. One of them is young and has braces and acts very sweet. She wore this cute lil skirt thing to the interview so I decided she cared and I hired her despite the fact that she picked wonder woman as her favorite super hero.
Girl number 2 I knew I was going to hire just from our email conversations. Her favorite super hero is Captain America. Unique… I liked that.
Third girl I was nervous about hiring because she is kinda young and seems to have a bit of an attitude. But I think the diverstiy of all of us is what will make us a great team.
Maybe I’ll type up a weekly newsletter for us all to read or something because I want to be best friends.
Other than that, not much is new. I will post a comparission photo for judgement.

For my 531 bench I’ve used my 1 1/4 weights to put 132.5 on. I want to put the plates on already, but being as exact as possible with the percentages gets the best of me.
Spock, you are strong… And nice looking. Also, if you change your name to kirk I am sure your powerlifting total will go up 200 pounds while dropping a weight class. ![]()
