That being said, I doubt that after the volume of communication you two have had, that asking that question once will be a big deal. You just have to immediately stop bringing it up - no mention of the question (which includes apologizing about asking). Just act like it didn’t happen, have your normal convos and sexin’, and he will think you are totally cool with the “wait and see” approach. After a little bit you’ll go back to how it was before you asked.
No big deal.
Why u always know so much about everything all the time, HA. I deem you the official voice of reason of the t-natty logs!

SO GOOD NEWS:
Man/dude-boy texted me yesterday and asked if I wanted to do something saturday evening. YAY he hasn’t been scared off!!!
Oh, and I officially got that manager job at MY nerd store, so that’s great. I have a few weeks until I start cause it’s not opened yet.
I get an all expenses paid trip to RED DEER for training in April, so that should be fun. VACAY!!!
Anyway, this means I got almost a month to buckle down and work my ass off before I get real busy. Not that that means I wont be able to lose weight, but right now I can really make it a priority so I can be hot for my job, LOL.
10lbs in 4 weeks would be cool/potentially do-able.

If I was good at taking my own advice I’d be juggling three supermodels while deadlifting 700 by now. Easier when I’m impartial.

HAHA that just reminded me of a dream I had where I went on a roller coaster and anthony was sitting alone up at the front. Why would he wanna ride alone? Whatta goof.
Anyway, good workout today. FInally getting into the swing of things where I am able to make it hard not just by lifting as much weight as humanly possible, heh. I like hard making methods, keeps shit spicey.
Doing steady state cardio with mommy in the afternoon cause it’s too cold to walk outside and I need my music time!!!
That comment really didn’t need that many !'s. Oh well.
Do you hook your feet/legs under anything? I can’t for the life of me do a single strict-straight leg sit up without having my feet hooked under anything… My abs aren’t weak either.
As I read thru your log I have noticed something that I find very familar in how my wife behaves. She is constantly in a rush to be the best or to get from point A to point Z and forgetting about all the other points that you have to hit before you can get where you want to be. I even had to remind her of this today remeber “The Tortoise and the Hare?” The tortoise always wins the race. He is consistant and methodical about what he does and he knows where he is going and as long as he keeps putting on foot in front of the other he will get there. Girl you have killer numbes that alot of women would kill to have. Everytime you doubt yourself remember everyone else is and or has at sometime doubted themselves.
Stay the course and dont let your anxieties alter your progress or goals. You can not let every little dip bring you down, your efforts and enthusiasim will be rewarded. It may not be the exact reward you are looking for but there will be a reward. Keep hitting it hard!

This is very true! I am an EXTREMELY impatient person and I think it affects my life negatively in most cases. I just get so f***king hyper and excited about everything, I want it all RIGHT NOW RIGHT NOW RRRRRRRIGHT NOW!!!

HMM, no I don’t have my feet hooked under anything, and I am fairly certain I have weak abs, so I don’t know what to tell ya!
Started out today doing some glute machine which really helped me activate my glutes for my entire workout so that’s good.
Few sets of 10 on that.
Deadlifts
155 x 5
185 x 4
195 x 3
205 x 2
then two cluster sets
215 x 5 singles
215 x 5 singles
good mornings
65 x 12
75 x 12
85 x 10
95 x 8
Not really sure how good these were, they felt kinda weird. But I haven’t done them in a while so whateva.
RDL’s
115 lbs x 25
seated leg curl
drop sets x 5 sets
single leg seated leg press
3 x 8 for an embarasssingly low amount of weight
standing cable ropey abs
drop sets
3 x 25
glute bridge shit x’s couple sets
wanted to do 3 but my legs were DONE-ZO.
In a good way, very hamstring burny indeed.
WEIGHT: 148.0
If anyone knows the different types of foot placement for the leg press and which muscles it works more etc, please let me know. Yes I am aware google exists, and yes I am too lazy to look myself.
I am curious what Thor’s workout looks like. WEll, the dude who plays him. I wonder if andy bolton and people feel like thor when they deadlift cause they can pick shit up that other people can’t budge.
Well, I better go shower cause I feel cold. TOODLES
Hah, well I guess it is because of the fact I generally don’t do sit ups, and the fact that I have injured my back on multiple occasions. I have once strained a muscle in my back (I think quadratus lombum), and the recent injury where pulled my spine out of alignment, and has returned to normal mostly. Also, Spock, why don’t you do barbell glute bridges? I am sure you could do them :).
Also… If you are feeling a burning feeling or cramping in your hamstrings caused by glute bridges (if it was already there it is fine), you are doing them very very wrong.
JCMPG wrote:
Toes out wider foot placement puts more of the focus on the VMO. If thats what you are looking for.
True, but further than this, generally:
Feet higher and wider = more overall hamstring/glute
Feet lower and closer = more overall quad
Toes out = emphasis on VMO (teardrop)
Toes in = emphasis on vastus lateralis (sweep)
You are very strong. How come you’re not a mean girl?! You’re very bubbly and optimistic. With that kind of strength…you should be mean muggin’ all dem boyz and cracking your knuckles and what not.
Are you planning on doing a meet soon or have your visible goals went over my oblivious head?
25mins hill sprint intervals ← Really good actually, it’s amazing how only doing this a couple times already has me back up to my pace/incline of when I was doing it on a regular basis
DB curls SS hammer curls
10/10
10/10
NG pull ups
4, 4
Narrow grip pull ups
3
abcircuit
stability ball crunch/ball between legs lifter thinger, oblique crunch
20/20/20 a side
20/20/20
glute bridges
15 push ups
WEIGHT: 146.2 WOOT.
Cruisin’ right along…
Totally forget what I was gonna say now, hmMmMmm. FUCK that is so annoying, it was probably SUPER important too <–sarcasm…
