Great job on your exam Spock  And you’ve been at it well with your wt loss!!!

I can only say as a former wild and crazy OCD’er myself…AGE is a wonderful thing!

As you get later into your 20’s specifically as a women you DO start to calm down. It will get better and your mind will chill so do not fret. The whole intensified caring what people think, etc really does fade as you know yourself better and know that everyone else is pretty much in the same boat.[/quote]

So you’re saying I might be somewhat sane by the time I’m 30? That’s wonderful news!

I like how my workout plan seems to be unravelling before my very eyes. Nothing is really pre prepared, but it’s working and it makes sense to me why I do the things I do.

Today was the first day in the histoy of my new sherwood park gym that a fellow patron talked to me.
He asked if I was a powerlifter and told me I have the body for it IE: I am short.
I told him I think I was born to be a powerlifter.
He said that is fucking awesome.

If we were sims there would be ++++ symbols over our heads and we would be aquaintences.

Also, the guy beside me benched 365 for a triple! I never see real shit like that! Very exciting.
A wise man one told me (git told me last week) to fake it til I make it. SO i have decided in my head I am going to act like the coolest most bad-assed powerlifter around until I am actually strong LOL. Now I have to wear my westside hoodie to the gym every day, ya. It seems to be working so far!

Just bring some chains and a SSB and it will be official. Also, congrats on passing your security thingy. Security officers unite!

So you passed the test, you’re lifting more, and you’re doing well all around firing on all cylinders. You have officially proven you can kick ass, so go to the meet and do it!

Get it diva!

I’m loving this new gym of yours. And this new attitude suits you.

^^^ Thanks all!

Really pleased with how today went.

I got to drive all around downtown edmonton this morning! First time driving in edmonton. Went really well, actually a lot more fun than sherwood park… Now all I need is for time to pass so I can take my road test and then I can take road trips down to drumheller every other weekend

I dunno what else…I went to the doc and got a physical cause I have the free time right now and whatnot. I felt all turned on when he touched me, is that weird? It’s not like it was actually exciting. He was also very overweight and not hot. :S I think that’s what happens when you have no human contact. Maybe I’ll go get a pap smear HAALHAALOL.

O RLY? I saw a hot woman in a muscle and fitness hers magazine doing them. :stuck_out_tongue:
SHe was some sort of necular physciasist (can’t spell) who was the ripptest leanest person ever. She weight trained 4 time a week and did cardio 6 days a week TWO TIMEs each day for 40 mins.

So I says to myself, I says, well, if upright rows are good enough for her, then they’re good enough for me, ha!

Fin.

Fair enough. My wrists hurt too bad for that, but if you can do it, go for it.

She could also squat on a bosu ball because she can… If your going to put something into your program Jenn add it with a purpose. I’m a believer in if you want to squat more then do exactly that. Adding something to a program that doesn’t have a purpose is like playing with an empty net in the middle of a hockey game.

Bosu ball clean and jerks? I personally hate upright rows. Too high risk of injury without much of a translation to any key lifts.

So I just caught up/read through you’re entire log. My key take away: you’re pretty awesome. I like your attitude, and you’re strong. Keep on truckin’; you’ll do great at your meet.

That is all.

Aww thanks! Blush

And might I say, i LOVE your new avi! DEEP BRO.

Hi T-Nation.

I was talking to my mommy last night and I realized that, aside from my doggie, you’re my best friend.

Now maybe that’s sort of sad, but you’re always here to collect my brain garbage whenever I need, you talk about all my favorite things, and you’re black with some red which are my favorite colors.

Sometimes I get worried that I’ve said things I shouldn’t have said, or my comments make me sound too mental etc…
But that’s s’okay! I know we’ve got a goooood thing goin’.

AND NOPE I DO NOT HAVE A POINT

hill sprint intervals x’s 25 mins of death

chin ups 5, 5, 4

plate side bends 25lbs
2 x 25/side

medicine ball crunches ss patrick bateman abs
10/10

AWE
SO
ME

I would just like to take a minute to point out that I have stuck to my diet and semi-organized workout program for an ENTIRE MONTH. I also have NO DESIRE to change things up.
Today is Oct. 27th and my hormones feel very balanced. I predict that this is a good time to make decisions, not that I really have any to make right now.

Been applying for a few security gaurd jobs, and I took this training thing called ProTect. It was free through the gov. of Alberta and some of the shit was filmed in a bar that I’ve been too! So cool. The actors were pretending to be drunk and got in a fisticuffs (sp) over flames VS oilers. HAHA what a great video.
