Well, you know, LL Cool J does like 1000 a day, so I would like to shoot for that…

OMG gotta post today’s workout before I leave!!

Faster faster, must go faster!

Leg spreader
2 x 12

Squats

140 x 8

Hard, but felt really good actually!

good mornings
85 x 10

single leg leg ext.
3 x 8/leg

Back ext.
2 x 12 <— Had to go super fast cause there was an old dude sleeping on the other one and I didn’t want them both being hogged and stuff. Sometimes I think I have a naturally guilty conscience andfeel bad for things that aren’t my fault.I remember one time in grade 10 social class someone’s calculator got stolen and my heart was palpitating so fast like I had done it without realizing or something Odd like that.

Oh well.
I hope people don’t think I am creepy at the meet cuase I’ll just be watching people sitting alone and stuff. Like those old dirty men who sit at playgrounds and watch children because they are perverts. I really don’t want to give off that vibe.

k gotta go
bye friends
I WILL MISS YOU ALLL SO MUCH MWAHH HUGS N KISSES**

Actually, I am bringing my lap top so if I can figure out how to work it i’ll be posting just like normal, heh.

I feel like you’re safe from judgement at a meet. Could be wrong, but probably not.
When’re you doing your meet?

Sooooooooooo?

K holla ya’ll. I was depressed for a while so I didn’t post, but now I’m manic again so posting seems like a delightful idea…

I ended up not going to the festival of strength cause my social anxiety kinda made me feel like puking/going to the potty, but I did have a wonderful time in Calgary. Everyone there was very friendly and helped me when I was lost and waiting at LRT stations that were closed etc…
I watched the amazing spiderman one night, and Saturday night instead of going to meet lifting people I watched Safe house, starring denzel washington and um Ryan reynolds or whatever.

Losing weight is frustrating and I don’t care anymore. I am going to keep eating healthy like I have been, but the scale seems to just stay at 148 day in day out so yuh.
I feel like I am getting stronger so that’s good. Also my belt fit looser so something must be happening even if the scale is being a fuckhead.

Life news:
I am currently training to get my security guard license. YA. Even though that’s like bottom of the barrel cop work it’s better than sitting in an office, BARF. I WOULD FUCKING HATE THAT. Plus I’ve always wanted to wear one of thsoe shirts that seay security on the back, I find them very sexy. LOL
Maybe I’ll end up being someone’s bodyguard or something, COO ELL.

It’s understandable. The physiology behind fat storage is more then likely the cause of the none fat loss. Your body will store fat within organs and use that fat first then move extremity fat into the organs once the fat is gone. Hope that makes somewhat sense

I’ve been doing security and its not so bad. Fortunate to be working at a nice post and make decent money. I wear a fancy blazer and act like James Bond.

Disappointed…

IDK why you were afraid to approach the lifters. It is easily the sport where talking to people involved is easiest. Good workouts though.
I wouldn’t worry about the scale as much as the mirror. If you are looking and feeling good, there ya have it.

So, does this mean you’re going to start playing scrabble again?

And stop worrying about the goddamn scale.

Please forgive me for butting in to your log and this may seem like an awkward stupid question to you, but… are you a girl =] There’s a reason I ask.

She is of the female variety from what I have heard. Now, I have never SEEN Spock81 and have no factual evidence, but playing the odds it appears that the male/female conundrum is best answered as:Female

I absolutely promise I meant nothing creepy, improper or untoward in the question whatsoever. I’ll explain later.

She’s a gurl. I know this for a fact.

It looks like I do now too.

I dunno, Tony Stark is just so darn witty all the time. I like Alfred more than Jarvis though, ha-ha.
