There's a Limit to How Big You Can Get

Hmmmmmm…can anyone list the names, with photos, of TEN natural builders – meaning guys who have never used and are not using any steroids, prohormones, growth drugs nor enhancers, who, at a VERIFIED 10% - 12% bodyfat, EXCEED, in almost ALL their bodyparts and not just one or two the measurements predicted by that calculator?

It’s nice to make claims, but the proof is in reality. Where are the NAMES with PHOTOS and BODY STATS of all these naturals who’ve exceeded the calculator?

i just did it again and it said i could have 260 pounds of lean body weight but only 18 inch upper arms, my arms are already 18 inches. =/

i guess im going to have really big legs? lol

i think the proof went out the window when like 10 guys said theyve been lifting 2 years and surpassed the predictions.

yes im stupid enough to listen to a online calculator…

Ten guys may be CLAIMING to exceed the calculator – but lets see their photos at 10-12% bodyfat.
As I posted – it’s easy to make impressive claims such as, “I’ve always been a Natural and I exceeded the measurements after 2 years of training.” But, lets see some PROOF.

No coincidence at all, lol…at age 53, I’ve heard and seen a pile of people make claims through the years-- talk is easy – but let the claimants prove what they say. Should people believe something is true just because someone, even sincerely, claims it is but provides no objective evidence?

PROVE to me that ur really 53

GOLD.

EXACTLY – why should you believe how old I claim to be without proof? I can’t prove that here, can I? So, should it be believed without proof that the ones here claiming, at 10-12% bodyfat, to exceed that calculator have?

Within specified norms, it is quantifiable.

who cares. prove how the bullshit calculator IS accurate. or get in the fukin gym and bounce on your bosu ball.

Here’s some evidence it’s accurate…measurements of pre-steroid, pre-'59 Mr America winners:
www.musclememory.com/articles/MrAsizes.html
Run their numbers through that calculator.

For photos of any of them, go here:
www.classicbodybuilders.com

I’ve never known any all-natural at 10-12% bf to have ever exceeded the numbers from that and similar calculators. The proof really rests on you, since you claim it isn’t accurate – back up your claim. Give us some actual examples, with photos and Stats.

If I’m wrong, I’ll admit it – I’ve been wrong plenty of times before, and I’ve got nothing to lose here if I’m wrong. Lets see what the truth is, so the average guy can know a realistic goal to set without juicing – that is, if you really want truth.

You want the truth?

YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH…

I believe its very accurate.
BTW, I am God.

Well, offer some objective proof – give the names of 10 lifelong naturals, with photos and measurements, at 10-12% bf, that exceed in most of their bodyparts the predictions of that calculator. Do that, and show everyone here that I can’t handle the truth. If you have the proof I’m wrong, then why haven’t you posted it here for all to see?

That’s the overriding result…everyone says it’s possible, but no one can find proof. And the guys that do say their "legs are bigger’ then predicted have 20% bodyfat and/or are not using the formula correctly.

My arms are bigger then the prediction at the moment, but I also have 25% bodyfat as well.

I know this has been beaten do death but Arnold was 6’2", 235, and his bodyfat wasn’t 4-6% like the current competitors, or whatever crazy amount they have.

Arnold 6’2" 235 …8% bodyfat
Franco 5’5" 185 …8% bodyfat

If you split that difference between these 2 muscular steroid users, you get (about)…

Average Joe…5’10" 210 …8% bodyfat.

Here is a comparison between my natural predictions (roughly) and the stats of an uber bodybuilder somewhere between Arnold and Franco…

Steve Shaw
5’10"
178 Pounds Lean Muscle
Weight: 240
Maximum natural potential is around 180-181, so I could still gain a few pounds.

Average Steroid Joe
5’10"
210 pounds
8% bodyfat
193.2 Pounds Lean Muscle

What does this tell us?

That a steroid user from the Arnold/Franco era only had about 15 pounds of lean muscle on a natural champion. IF it is possible to surpass natural limits, then it is being stated that…

It is possible to become Arnold/Franco-esque WITHOUT steroids.

I can’t believe people buy into this this.

Most of the guys who say that this calculator only limits one’s potential are ignoring that this is the potential of a non-drug using athlete with average genetics and not the potential of a drug-using athelete or a genetic freek. That means these are the real number for over 95 percent of us non-drug using athletes.

Get real guys. Quit lying to yourselves and quit reading those ultrahyped mainstream muscle mags. You have to take a lot of drugs or have super genetics to get past the numbers that that calculator ouputs.

It should be a releif to finally know what you can achieve drug-free!!!

I have been training for 20 years. I take my bodyfat levels with a caliper at least every month. My lean muscle mass is around 178-79 pounds…has been for 10 years. Casey Butt’s formula states I “Could” hit 181 pounds lean muscle.

I have hit my natural limit. I train my backside off, and can’t gain any more muscle. For someone to say that I could exceed my base muscle mass by at least another 10 pounds…they have no clue what they’re talking about. Have them come back in ten years.

You can gain a ton of muscle the first two years of training naturally, but after that you are scratching for ounces.

And if you think I’m full of crap, check my avatar. I’m not exactly a small fry.

Is it just me or is someone making a whole bunch of new accounts here just to prove his own rather moronic point?
