Okay… first of all, if anyone can’t be mature in this thread, why even bother responding?
So I know I’ve made a thread or two about this before, but for those that didn’t know, I’ve faced some nasty constipation my entire life, but it’s been the worst in the last year and a half or so.
A few months ago, I went to the doctor to get it checked out; because the pain was so evident, I was thinking it was Appendicitis. They told me no, and that I was basically full of shit (no pun intended.) They told me to up my water and fiber intake, and drink coffee. I DEFINITELY have upped my water intake into my upper threshhold, and I think I consume more grams of fiber a day than God himself.
Anyway, two nights ago, I was unable to go lift, so I decided to go for a three-mile run. I got back, and everything was fine. Over that night, though, I started developing that intense pain in my lower abdominal area again. Yesterday was so painful I could hardly walk, had to leave work early, and couldn’t even attempt to lift or go to class.
I know there’s people with medical degrees around here, and I’d greatly appreciate any sort of thoughts, suggestions, or opinions on the subject. I cranked out Ex-Lax yesterday, but it’s only helped marginally. Last night was probably one of the worst nights of my life. I need to find out how the hell to A.) prevent this from happening and why the pain is so intense.
Thanks in advance.
