How do you “almost” choke your chicken?
Feelings of guilt and shame creep in.

NOOOOBODY DOES THIS!!!!!!! - YouTube
why not just set up two different bars???
I saw something similar to the video made by Stu in the OP.
Except at my gym the guy would hold the bar at lockout after a few reps and do leg raises

3 45’s on each side equals RESPECT.
I don’t care what anyone does if they are that big and that strong. As long as they stay injury free…all you can say is, “it worked”.
X is saying that because it’s him in the video.

This is the guy from the last vid:
Holy crap!
NOOOOOBODDYYY DOES THAT either… but it doesn’t mean it isn’t impressive. What a beast.
I’ve always been equal parts shocked and impressed by the 315 deadlift > clean > incline bench > bent-over row combo.

I had a hunch that he was playing up to the cameras in that first vid, basically just throwing weight around. He wore straps but didn’t use them, walked off as if it was nothing, then there was a glimpse of some big delts and traps at the end of the vid.
I checked out his Youtube channel. His name is James Wigfall. Seems like a character, but there’s nothing wrong with some showmanship.
I saw a guy at the gym doing a really similar movement (I won’t call it an exercise lol) today. He was doing flat DB bench and he had his legs out but instead of that leg movement he was holding a medicine ball in between his legs the entire time. Unfortunately my phone was in a locker so I didn’t get a chance to get a vid.

Such a beast, shame more isn’t posted on the channel I found.
Ah yes I remember that clip, pretty incredible. I wonder if that video was done in one take… i can only imagine the blooper reel…

Damn!
I find this quite impressive actually.
Stu, I seriously thought you were recording someone stuck under the weight for a second haha! I was gonna say…you really make sure your partner pushes it to the limit!
I really never have seen something that bad in person though…
