Well I was trying to lean gains but eventually fat gain will accumulate no matter the approach. I could have done some mini cuts but can’t be rooked with that. I’ve kinda got a binary mind and like going all in for one and the other.

I was actually going to get even fatter to milk out the ‘gain train’ but it’s not worth it.

My ideal plan would be cut down to 165lbs, gain up to 210-215lbs, cut down to 170lbs so on so forth till I’m about 180lbs lean several years down the line.

3-5 lbs of lbm would be great a year.
