I can’t take the thread too seriously or I will get angry and have to actually discuss things with the guy. I have to literally do what I did with the good professor and just have a laugh at their ignorance.
I’m totally in a shitty situation. Had to get my first suit today, which was a nightmare.
Ended up having to get 48 inch jacket to fit my shoulders and have major alterations to it so the waist isn’t like a tent, cost a fair bit of £’s. Was a hassle trying to get the guy to give me 34 inch waist trousers as well because the rule there is for trouser waist measurement to be 6 inches less than chest.
I need this suit for graduation in 2 weeks as well as future job interviews. So i’m a bit fucked for losing or gaining weight right now as I want to fit to it as perfectly as I do now!

I just loop the bands around the bottom of squat rack.
Are you going to continue with these bulk/cut cycles in the future? Do you find this to be a better approach than “lean gains” (not leangains, but just, you know what I mean)?
Trying to understand the motivations, benefits, pros/cons, etc.
