The Perfect Cut Cycle and Diet

Ok guys I think you have accepted that everything I do is anything but sane.
My goal is to drop most of my subQ BF in 4 weeks. I have a flat stomach but want a shredded mid section asap.

Drugs:
Test E 750mg/wk
Dbol 20mg/d
Var 80mg/d
Winni?
T3?

You may ask about the Dbol, I am keeping it in there for healthy E2 because I have low aromatisation.
In regards to the drugs, would you add or remove anything? Adjust?
I will not use Tren.

Diet:
20g Muesli
Chicken curry (lean) with lean chicken pieces
Protein Shake (48g)
2 tins tuna in olive oil with salad (sometimes 1 tin)
Pre-workout shake with 18g of carbs
Post-workout skinless chicken
Pre bed Protein shake

20g Carbs, ~23g protein, ~25g fat

Cardio:
4 days a week morning empty stomach job around the block.

The thing is I still want to be ‘The man’ on this cycle so I cant remove the Test, I know its weird but hey its my goal.

Im about 8% now with top 4 abs slightly visible, I need all 6 fully visible.

Couple questions. Is the 20g, 23g 25g the macros for each meal or for the shake? Also 8% with only the top 2 visible do you just not have very thick abs?

With this much gear and wanting to drop a fat very fast i would keep cals pretty low pro medium fat higher and carbs low 6 days a week and do 1 refeed day to reload glycogen. Of course John meadows just got into insane condition and kept a decent amount carbs all the way through but only had them during his workouts. So there are many ways to do it

I reckon if you just used prop, var and T3, and used Lyle Macdonald’s “Rapid Fat Loss” diet, you could shed a ton of fat in four weeks. I’ve never done it, so take it for what it’s worth, but I reckon that’d work a charm.

Add HGH, albuterol, lower your test dose or use letrozole. Definately add the t3.

Considered the velocity diet? You might only need to do it for two weeks with all those drugs on top lol.

Or you could try the other approach of keeping calories constant and training your way to leanness whilst adding a few pounds of muscle. Higher volume workouts, complexes etc. would be a good idea.

Sorry Ryan thats a typo on my part.
Those are my macros for the day, and it should have read 20g/230g/30g for carbs/protein/fat respectively.
I dont think I have under developed abs im just unfortunate to store the fat there.

So you are saying keep fat higher then protein? Why?

The thing is when I go on holiday I need Test E in my blood as I wont be able to shoot out there, thats why Im using it now and not using Prop.

Currently I dont have access to HGH or albuterol. I can get Clen but I absolutely hate that shit lol.
I can also get GHRP-6 FWIW. I hear you on the Letro, I have that on hand so I can give that a go and will do the T3 also.

Any comments on the Winni? Nobody seems to suggest it but I have read somewhere that it not only ‘dries’ you out but it may contribute to direct fatloss?

na I was thinking use prop instead of the E but I see from what you’ve written to Balla that you need the long ester. I don’t suppose it’ll matter that much if you are just trying for fat loss.

I would look into that “Rapid Fat Loss” by Lyle Mcdonald. It’s basically just a seriously hardcore PSMF. If you’ve got the cajones for it then it’ll work wonders, especially with all the gear you’re running. You basically eat nothing except chicken and broccoli, fill yourself with stimulants and lift weights. Hardcore, but really works.

oh and if you’re thinking of a clen alternative, you can use Chest-Eze cough medicine for the ephedrine it’s got in it. Won’t be as good as clen but it’s bound to help

For abs, have a time under tension workout, a weighted workout and high rep 30+ workout.

Avoid sodium.

He said he doesn’t like clen and I will go ahead and assume he won’t like 20mg of yohimbe. I will agree on the proviron but I would bump it to 100mg/day. Winny or var over tbol though. How about some Halotestin?

Yep I had a look at it from your last post. Seems to be what Im doing anyway.
Ive got plenty of Chest-Eze lying around, I just hate the way it makes me feel. It gives a sick to the stomach feeling, although yes it kills your appetite. But appetite is not the problem for me at the moment, its dead already thanks to the Var lol.

Everyone seems to be recommending Clen.
In your opinion/s does it really work THAT well? I have used it in the past and I hated the cramps and the increased heart rate. I automatically assumed it cannot be too healthy for the heart, I have also heard you cant do cardio due to cardiac hypertrophy?

If some one can clear this up I will use Clen as I can get my hands on tons of it.

PTD nice layout, I can get everything except the CJC however. Is there still a point of running the GHRP-6 alone? I heard it gives you a hunger spike which cant really be productive for weight loss lol.
