Ok guys I think you have accepted that everything I do is anything but sane.
My goal is to drop most of my subQ BF in 4 weeks. I have a flat stomach but want a shredded mid section asap.
Drugs:
Test E 750mg/wk
Dbol 20mg/d
Var 80mg/d
Winni?
T3?
You may ask about the Dbol, I am keeping it in there for healthy E2 because I have low aromatisation.
In regards to the drugs, would you add or remove anything? Adjust?
I will not use Tren.
Diet:
20g Muesli
Chicken curry (lean) with lean chicken pieces
Protein Shake (48g)
2 tins tuna in olive oil with salad (sometimes 1 tin)
Pre-workout shake with 18g of carbs
Post-workout skinless chicken
Pre bed Protein shake
20g Carbs, ~23g protein, ~25g fat
Cardio:
4 days a week morning empty stomach job around the block.
The thing is I still want to be ‘The man’ on this cycle so I cant remove the Test, I know its weird but hey its my goal.
Im about 8% now with top 4 abs slightly visible, I need all 6 fully visible.
