The T-ransformation challenge was created to get the forum together and push ourselves to achieve something more. The kind of physique transformation that too many lifters talk about and too few follow through on.
In January , nearly 60 of us started the long process. Three-quarters were able to stick it out to the end, and the results of those who successfully tackled the challenge are below.
Cast your vote for the best transformation, remembering that “transformation” is in the eye of the beholder. This isn’t necessarily a “fat loss challenge”, so keep that in mind when choosing the winner.
Be sure to also vote for the Most Improved , where competitors who finished the 2020 challenge compare their current selves to their previous versions, and we can see who put in the most work over the long-term.
All voting will close at 8:00am EST, Monday June 7. That’s more than enough time to get your votes in and pick the winners.

Hello everyone, I’m starting a log as I enter the “committed” challenge. I’m 29, been lifting for 5 years at least, and like JCVD I was born in Brussels, and am half-belgian. For these 4 months I’ll be doing olympic-lifting focused training, which is a first for me. It’ll be hard and unconfortable.
The log will certainly help me being in check, expecially in the diet part. I’ve been eating 2 cheats a day for 2 months at least, and now I’m accountable. Enough time wasted. It’s been the worst yea…

So I’ve decided to start a training log… I told myself I’d wait before I got some more respectable numbers, but unfortunately I don’t want to wait any longer. Been lifting a little over a year now and am just about to turn 29. I reset my tms down last month due to wanting to lose some weight, as I got up to 210, and started looking bloated and shit. Cut down to 195 and I’m pretty happy with where I’m at now. Going to very slowly start gaining back weight. I’m 6’ 1" tall.
Currently doing 5/3/1 f…

*Update 2nd January 2020, entered the t-ransformation 2020 challenge, intending to run the Wendler " more squatting" programme for as long as I can tolerate it.
*Update 5th November 2019- running a push, pull, legs programme of my own devising. *Update 8th July 2019. Started 531 BBB 3 Month Challenge yesterday.
Hello all.
I’ve really been enjoying this site and it’s forums over the last few weeks, so have decided to start a training/(hopefully)progress log.
I used to train i…

I’ve decided to start a log to record my training and hopefully gain some interest and get help from others.
About me, I’m currently following a routine I made myself, it’s loosely based on starting strength and I plan to run it until I go to university at the end of September.
I’m 18 years old, 5’10" and about 180lbs (82kg) give or take a few. I started training in my garage with a few weights a couple years ago and bulked up a bit while growing at the same time (was around 140lbs at 15). In …

Wow! What a roller coaster it has been.
Yeah, there is going to be some babbling going on here, but y’all already knew that😉
I think I am finally at a place to start over.
I started this journey for me, and I will continue it for me.
Starting over seems to be my specialty. I should be good at it by now. Haven’t lifted anything heav…

^ Another one of my favorite bodybuilding pics of all time because, random Mickey Mouse.
Since some folks got their logs off to an early start, I figured I’d toss it up now too. Updates will again likely be somewhat sporadic (because I still work for a living dammit), but if you dudes are in, I’m in.
My T-ransformation 2017 log tracked going from furry/no abs to slightly less furry/abs in the right lighting. Feel like I’m on track for moderately furry/consistent abs this go…

Formerly active member, taken a couple of years out as lifting fell way down my list of priorities. Two kids and a whole lot of drama later and I found myself as 220+lbs of weakness, decidedly south of vag and decided to do something about it. That was about 6 months ago, give or take, and I’ve been slowly ramping up my efforts since, while getting accustomed to fitting lifting into my new family life.
Current stats:
Height: 6 foot (still)
Weight: 188.6 lbs
Maxes (difficult to tell on many, …

Edit: Transformation is over. Didn’t quite hit my goal. Current goal is to hit 2 plates on OHP, 3 on Front Squat and 5 on DL. I’m reasonably close to them and think at the end of the year is feasible.
Well, here we go. Hopefully all the trash talking with bob and others will keep me motivated to stick to this until June 1.
Starting stats:

Weight - 227
BF - ~15%ish
Arms: 17"
Forearm: 13.5"
Handles: 38"
Calves: 17.25"
Goal:
Weight - 200
BF - ~7%
