I’m glad this ended two weeks ago because my last two weeks of eating have been horrible. Work has had food round the clock and I couldn’t resist.
Free Chick-fil-A sandwich? Well, I just ate the lunch I packed but sure, I’ll have two.
Pork/BBQ and cheap pizza? Again, not hungry but why not?
I’m quite bloated with salt and it’s not a good look.

The details are different, but this is me as well. Woke up well of 80 kilo today, have somehow managed to put on 3 kilo in the last month or something.
And me as well.
Here I sit at 8:12 am, posting and thinking about eating. I work out from 8-9. IF IN FACT I WORKED OUT AT ALL ANYMORE.
I decided to take a week off, because with covid I’m not vacationing or taking other unintentional breaks. Not only have I not had the coronavirus, but isolation has prevented colds and such, too.
But this is the week after the break. ![]()

I’ve started doing outdoor work stuff again and hang right in at 180 in the morning and 176-177 in the evening. And that’s staying hydrated! ![]()
We’ll see how the next few months go. Activity level is much higher but weight lifting has been catch as catch can.
Still stuck at 123lbs. The bulk will resume.
Here’s a pretty easy 325 x 5 (RPE 5-6 on a 5x/weekly deadlift/press program) done at a BW of 155. My physique is a bit better than it used to be. I’ve been eating nothing but chicken, rice, and vegetables out of sheer necessity for 5 months. I’m looking forward to 500 soon. I’ve been at this long enough, I think. Maybe I shouldn’t be showing my face around here, but I wanted to be proud of myself.
