Iāve found that it is easy to follow, Iām NEVER hungry and while fasting my mental process are sensibly faster. Plus, it creates 2 very nice windows; anabolic post meal (getting in 2000 kcal of pasta is a huuuuuge insulin boost) and fat burning the rest of time. With warrior diet you can easily bulk while controlling fat accumulation. Obviously, you must have a deep stomach to down all the calories you need for the bulk in just one sitting

Big congrats to @raoh1990 and @kleinhound for pulling through and doing the hard stuff. Now marinate in the adulation and envy that comes with it.

Again though, this was a whole bunch of great work from a whole bunch of people. Not to sound cliche, but we should be proud of ourselves for finishing this thing, this year more than ever.
