Iā€™ve found that it is easy to follow, Iā€™m NEVER hungry and while fasting my mental process are sensibly faster. Plus, it creates 2 very nice windows; anabolic post meal (getting in 2000 kcal of pasta is a huuuuuge insulin boost) and fat burning the rest of time. With warrior diet you can easily bulk while controlling fat accumulation. Obviously, you must have a deep stomach to down all the calories you need for the bulk in just one sitting :sweat_smile::sweat_smile::sweat_smile:

My celebratory favorite binge food. Iā€™m gone eat these till my jaws hurt. I quit them 4 months ago because I was getting almost 700 cals. /day from them alone.
