We’ll see lol. My friend actually made me start logging food intake. Hes big on counting, and he wants to graph my “listen to my body mentality” to see how it compares, and I’ve logged a solid 4500 almost every day, so I might just get fatter lol.

Hard to know. Sometimes just by tracking it will change.

I’ve done spot checks throughout and was consistently hitting 21-2300, with a couple lows in the 1900 range and a couple of highs around 2400.

I might ratchet down a little and just keep it on the lower side now that I know what my typical range is.

You look great and I’m happy to know you’re still training! I don’t envy the reasons that you have to eat that way but it’s working well. You’re one of the toughest SOBs around here. :muscle:
