The T-Dawg Diet Question

I am starting off with the T-Dawg Diet this week and I have some quick questions. (Calories/Carbs/Protein/Fat)
First off, I understand how to calculate Calories (7xWeight = Current Calories - 500 aday) and I need 70 grams of Carbs aday (30grams on my off workout days) , My weight is around 160lbs so I have a daily intake of 160 grams of Protein.
But I do not know how much Fat to keep track of aday.
How much should I put into my diet?
Also I have tried looking for a good source of information on what’s in eggs, bacon, exc that I order every morning from my local Coney Island. Is their a website that may list useful information like that?

i believe it is 16X your weight -500. I have been calculating off my fat free mass. I weigh around 160, and i have been taking just under that a day protein wise. Ive been taking in around 84 grams of fat a day.

I also find the 70/30 Carbs aday to be tough myself. I did read somewhere that they upped that to 150/100.
So 84g of fat aday?
Here is my goals right now:
2220 Calories
(2720-500=),
70g Carbs,
160g Protein,
84g Fat.
What I did today was 1690 Calories, 168 Carbs, 165 Protein, 46 Fat.

It’s really 100 g of carb/day on workout days (Surge allowance, I presume) and 70g on non workout days. I think I read that from one of the reader mail.
