I’m looking for some help figuring my calories out for the t-dawg diet. I weigh 170 lbs. 170 times 15 is 2550, and that would be my total calories per day. 170 times 1.5 255 and that would be my grams of protein per day. times 4 cals per gram is 1020.
100 carbs per day times 4 cals per gram is 400. add that to 1020 and you get 1420. If I subtract that from my daily total of 2550 I get 1130 cals. Is that really how much fat I should be getting? 126 grams of fat? It just seems awfully high to me. Thanks for any help

Yup you got it. also 1.5 on the protein is a minimum but yes dietaty fat id s very good for cutting fat. Also remember youll be dropping k/cals after the first week.
