Just started reading it since I’m a big fan of Nate’s articles. Highly recommended, it basically goes into the science and practice of ‘paleo’ nutrition and sports nutrition and how the two work together for us lifters.

On that note - also wondering, has anyone read The Fat Loss Consultant?
I din’t know he put a book out on this, very cool! From all the articles he posts on here, and on other websites it seems that he recommends people to just eat “paleo” when you don’t lift/off days, and just make sure you ingest carbs around your workout. I hope that’s not all he says in the book about this way of eating. For only 10 bucks I’m considering picking it up though.
And according to all 8 reviews which rated the book a solid 5, it’s a pretty damn good book lol.
