thanks for the response, you can tell i dont log on that often, but i do read quite a bit tho.
i didnt have any specific questions about pendlays, just thought it was an interesting addidtion, mostly because i was looking at ways to decrease the work my lower back put into performing barbell rows.

wish i was there to see you give the squat pointers, im sure it would have been a great learning experience, anyways cheers brother!
