I had some gum a while back that had b6, theanine, caffeine and a few other things. It was really good! Mango flavored too!

If I were to go completely mad scientist, the possibilities would be endless.

Edit: Here it is.

Saw this today:

I can see a niche for nootropic mocktails - infused with kava, shilajit, GABA.

That might be nice. A little too close for comfort for me, as I used to love a nice joint of this hawaiian strain of sense that my cousins grew, and would release right between Christmas & Thanksgiving. Became known as the Christmas weed. had and amazing smell in the bag, and was really potent.

While knocking back shots of Bushmills.

It just occurred to me that the gum could be a good pre workout option for that ā€œnot too much/not too littleā€ zone people like.

ā€œCrossFit works initially because anything works for six weeks.ā€

  • Mark Rippetoe

It’s funny how Dan John has expressed the same sentiment. I wonder what the origin is.

Of course, I took that as license to employ 6 week programming cycles…which missed the point even harder.

Rip makes some salient points in an article on another website that T-Nation won’t let me link here. As much as he is a blow hard, I think his former employment with Glassman gives him some credibility.
