I didnt reach the conclusion I was hoping. was hoping more to get ideas about what to expect and how to control any negatives. However, I did get great advice. For ME i dont think this would be idea would be worthwhile. But please everyone do their own research.
I have become a firm believer in exercise, truly adds “more life to the years” in my experience. Also ofcourse, I love how my physique has changed in just these few months. Hope I dont offend anyone but I dont think weight training is my thing. I am going to get into MMA as that is much, much less of a choir for me. Im gonna follow everyones great advice tho, probably continue the weights 3x a week at an hour or so and be grateful.
I am very greatful for everyones help. Atleast I didnt risk anything and wasting months to get nowhere.
