Planned on doing 10x5 DL’s but hamstrings cramped up from squatting - first time in almost two months.
Back to back workouts for the first time in a long time, but a long way to go.

Planned on lifting yesterday but had nothing in my tank. Ate like shit all day to make up for it, woke up almost two pounds heavier this morning. But, I have worked out four of the last five days and that hasn’t happened for a while.
Heading up to see my parents today. Hoping the weather will clear so I can go for a walk this afternoon. Will hopefully do treadmill and DL’s tomorrow. I have been exceedingly sore from my squats the other day, despite how light they were.

Not really sure what program I am doing but am trying to go for hypertrophy so am lowering the rep ranges and will be trying to add reps/weight as appropriate.
Weighed in at 205 today, 19.4% BF for a LBM of 165 - pretty good for me. I think I want to get to 170 LBM and then think about cutting for summer.

4/25/22 - did squats, 115x8x3 plus warmups.
4/26/22 - BP on machine, 100x8x3, rows, curls, tri pushdowns, and crunch machine.
I have a friend visiting, went to the beach coast, had some great food and a good time.

Took a few weeks off, yet again.

Quit my job, joined the ranks of the unemployed. Heading to California for a few weeks.

To clarify, I quit my job as the General Manager of a country club, packed my shit, and am 700 miles away in Santa Cruz.

Some people somehow just stay in jobs they hate forever…
At my old company everyone still there is miserable. The department is shit.
They dont even look for other work. I could never.

Checked into rehab, lol.
Been to the gym four out of the last five days, am up early and heading to the gym before checking into rehab.
They have computers and internet access, but I’m not sure I remember my password, so I might not be checking here for a while.
There is a small gym at rehab, but I’m not sure if I will use it - may just do some convict training, might just walk. I have lost almost eight pounds in the last three weeks (gotta be water) and am enjoying seeing an outline of abs again, so leaning out for four weeks might not be a bad idea.
