Welp. didn’t get to my goal, but woke up this morning at 194 and 18% body fat.

Whatever - this is what I am taking to the beach.

Could be worse.

Home, from a second trip to Cali. Walked 7 miles, definitely need to get back lifting. I might just do a warm up type deal tomorrow, then suffer in pain for two days, rinse and repeat, then start back on my last 531 cycle.

Had a great time in California and Portland.
