The Predator Program

Yes she advocates it, but I’m surprised you didn’t try to mock the Irish and my potato only videos too. Of course they stole my thunder a long time ago…

I dropped significant weight on the banana diet but I dropped 204 mg/dL too (bananas was after my 36 eggs per day phase). Fasting glucose dropped about 10 mg/dL.
56x11 wrote:
And be sure to give us updates on your water only experiment.
I’m not sure if you understand what week long means… Cause you know that was day 6 of a week long fast. I’ll clue you in… It’s over.
56x11 wrote:
Guys like you are a special breed. It’s as if you’re afraid of failing on the more tried and true methods, so you concoct these bizarre schemes and ultimately end up with no results at all. You go on these endless quests, chasing your windmills. The more people try to steer you in the right path, the more indignant and self-righteous you become. And ultimately, people either ignore you, mock you, or pity you.
No… I’m taking advice from other people but I’m starting to mock you because it’s obvious you’re a tool. The fact remains if we don’t experiment we don’t learn, and I’m more of an experimenter than a body builder.
56x11 wrote:
None of this is surprising. And your next response will be just as predictable as how you’ll look in your next videos - which btw, I’ll be glad to pass along to ensure your place in that special internet hall of fame.
And you still look pathetically awful. Much saner ways to drop weight but you’re making a name for yourself as the T-Nation village idiot, so good for you.

And a dismal failure from the pasty sickly looking guy in the vid. Let me clue you in: my posting that vid was just to prove a history of idiotic projects that get you laughable results.

You still don’t get the joke, do you? This thread had about 8000 views when I joined in a few days back. Now it’s on course to go over 10,000. I WANT you to get the fame you so richly deserve.

It’ll be some impotent way to get one over me. And I’ll respond just enough to keep this thread at the top of the page. More views equals more spotlight on you. That’s what you want. Funny thing is, that’s what I want.

How do you feel eating like that? Are you really not eating anything except meat every 2 days?

Actually it was a huge success. I confirmed that cholesterol elevates in starvation and paired this with three other experiments to show that cholesterol should be elevated when burning fat at rest even in more moderate caloric deprivation. It’s implications are pretty immense.
56x11 wrote:

I’m not trying to get one over on you. I find this amusing and yes it’s an avenue to talk more about my experiments.

Thanks.

I really thrive on meat diets. I’ve done a similar eating pattern, but not all meat and it’s probably the toughest eating pattern I’ve ever done (to include a week long water fast). I’m getting used to it now though. The hunger the day after eating is actually the worst, but again it’s getting better.

What really interests me is that in an alternate day fasting (ADF) experiment the BMR of participants stabilized by the end of the study. Although only a month, my BMR fluctuates rapidly according to diet from 1,550 calories to 3,000 calories. It takes my BMR less than 36 hours to drop from 3,000 to 1,550 when fasting.

It takes a little bit more to climb up but that’s expected because my glycogen stores have to be replenished. I’m curious to find out if my body is really adapting and if so I would anticipate seeing stabilized BMR after my gorging day and after 60 hours fasting (about my usual duration of fast).

And yes this is really all I’m eating minus some minor supplements. I’m doing BCAAs every day and powdered greens on my eating days (to get closer to a predator who ate the stomach with freshly digested grasses).

You say you don’t care what I think…yet you keep responding to my posts. You’ve grown defensive to the point of being childishly predictable. I hope I made it clear why I take the time to respond to yours (hint:

If the water fast was such a success with magnificent implications, I look forward to your next self-published ebook. Btw, how is the current one selling…? Thought so. Like I said before, find a valid publisher, get on the best seller list, then I’ll consider tipping my hat. Right now, you’re a non-qualified attention-starved fool that’s becoming well known for all the wrong reasons.

You say you find it amusing but the overall tone suggests otherwise. It’s just too transparent for the pawned to say that he was in on the joke all along.

The shame is, I don’t think you still comprehend the punchline.

So how am I a pawn when I’ve been doing this kind of experimentation for 26 months? That’s like saying the Irish stole my thunder from the potato diet. If you look at my YouTube videos (which the most viewed one has 16k+ views) the most common comment is about how I’m going to die. So trust me your criticism and insults is nothing new, but I do use these conversations to get better at addressing the naysayers.

It’s clear that in your perspective no matter what I say you’ll have predicted it, it’s impotent, etc. Good for you!

My last response allowed me to talk about more of my experiments. You’re posting links to my other videos. Yeah, I’m going to keep responding to you… As idiotic as you think it is I’ll take the advertisement.

My book has small sales but that’s what I’d expect in this situation; however, I am continuing to sell more and am getting praise for the content. So yes I do considerate a success and look forward to the current trends continuing.

Clearly, you don’t understand the concept of pawning in a forum environment.

And every single one of your responses have been predictable.

Here is a post from earlier today:

Yet every post directed towards me since that exchange, you’ve done your ineffective best to try and validate yourself to me. You really must have a learning disability or are drunk. Or both.

As for the free advertising I’m helping with, I already told you: I WANT you to get famous for this. I want people to recognize you on the street or at the gym as the “Predator Guy”

Good lord, this is too easy…

What’s the current number of sales for the book? Provide links for all of us to see. And any dog that chases its tail believes that it’ll eventually catch it. Optimism takes many forms and not all of them end well.

I think I got the point.

When someone posts something on the internet that is wrong it is very important that someone, somewhere stands up for what is right. If you just let it go then the forces of truth and justice have just forfeited another battle to the forces of stuff that is wrong on the internet. Let it go too many times and before you even realize what happened the young people of the world, once so full of promise, are eating raw meat by the pound and not hitting depth on their squats.

We need internet heroes now more than ever.

From a guy that insists on doing to a 1-3 rep max on his pull ups several times a week…Yes, I read that thread and just how misguided you are. And no, you didn’t get it.

Or are you just the type of guy who sees a couple of more established posters make empty admonishments and, full of morning coffee and coward’s courage, like to pile on with an even wittier version of the same thing?

Well, after giving the matter some thought and experimentation, I’m only doing pullups once per week, but that’s neither here nor there.

It seems that my Monday morning joking around about the very serious business of the ongoing Predator Program discussion has rustled your jimmies.

Sorry about that, jimmy rustling was not my intention. I was just cracking a joke about the absurdity of arguing with strangers on the internet, which is something I have done my fair share of.

So no need to get personal, keep fighting the good fight and I welcome any pullup advice you may have to offer.

No need to apologize, as I didn’t take your comment seriously. Although if you mistakenly feel that I got you below the belt, I suggest you take a moment to reflect.

And I certainly don’t take this thread seriously. I used the Don Quixote reference on several occasions here; so I know.

If it makes you feel any better, I mentioned earlier in this thread about how the theater of the absurd can be a valuable teaching tool. When I joined this fiasco last week, there were (and still are) several agendas. And I’m rather amused, though not surprised, by how easily things are falling into place.

With regards to your pull up quest, there’s no shortage of advice givers here or any other lifting forum. I’ll leave it up to you to discern the good from the bad.

And LoRez, as usual, is rather insightful with the popcorn comment.
