Was just wondering what you guys thought were the three ESSENTIAL supplements every serious bodybuilder should be taking. I suppose we could make it 5…(Let us assume that the very often neglected nutritional aspect is in this case healthy and well thought-out)
You named em all, ive been using Beta7 the past 2 months and i absolutely love it! so lately its been a part of my supplement arsenal! but you got the main 5 right on the head

I have to agree, I tried Beta 7 a few months back and I didn’t notice what it was actually doing for me until I had to stop cuz I ran out and could afford more. Now I bought two bottles so I’m set for a couple months.
For me its:
Protein
BCAA’s
Creatine
Glutamine
Beta 7

You can’t get concentrated amounts of creatine/ZMA/glutamine/beta-alanine from food alone, at least not in the effective doses.
I hesitated on whether to put protein powder on the list, but it is so damn easy i had to, and it’s food to me, it is a grocery. I didn’t put Surge on the list because the macronutrients you can get from food too…the BCAA’s you can’t.
