The Perfect Milkshake

peanut butter is awesome on celery and carrots, I bet it’d be good on broccoli and cauliflower as well.

I just had a lightbulb, how bout throwing some peanut butter in the middle of a hot sweet potato?!?!? I’m sure its been done but that sounds awesome with some cinnamon sprinkled on top. Screw the no carbs and fat thing, thats not that big of a mix.

HAHA thats a good idea… we should all write a book “The Peanut Butter Diet”, Im sure someone will buy it

Peanut butter is good on anything.

I made the pb & eggs last night before bed, they where pretty good
but not as good as I expected.

The peanut butter diet could work…deffinitely on a sweet potato…

Shake today…

Broccoli cuts (no sprouts just cuts)
Cauliflower

Steamed till soft, with lots of cinnamon in the water and on top.

Put them in the blender when done, with some of the cinnamon water leftover mixture.

Scoop of Grow! Whey, Scoop of Chocolate Metabolic Drive, Water, and ice…

Blend it all up and enjoy the shake!

Taste great, as usual.

I’ve used dry and cooked. Cooked blend up better because they are soft, dry kinda sink to the bottom.

I’d get rolled oats cuz you can can throw them in with a little water in the microwave for 2 minutes and there done.

Just get quaker rolled oats and follow the directions on the back.

SOFT

I just toss em in dry!
hopes that isn’t bad

Toss the oats in dry, put it in the blender first followed by the milk/water than protein powder than fruit, peanut butter etc.

That way all the oats are near the blade and get blended up better, if you put the protein powder in last it just gets stuck to the side of the blender.

You guys are in luck, with this whole peanut butter thing. I have a great peanut butter chicken recipe. Here goes…

Chicken Satay

8-10oz raw chicken (sliced to skewer)
2 tbsp natty peanut butter
Minced garlic
Cinnamon
Ground red pepper
Salt
Skewers

Drizzle peanut butter over chicken. Mix around until the peanut butter coats the chicken. Season with minced garlic, cinnamon, ground red pepper, and salt to taste. Skewer the chicken, toss on the grill, you won’t believe how fucking good that shit is.

I ate that at an all you can eat sushi + mixed asian food buffet.
Thanks to you, I’ll be spending another $25 there this weekend.

Asshole :frowning:

Haha. But it’ll be money well spent, Rattler! I tried PB on broccoli tonight, it wasn’t half bad. I’m going to hit up the PB & Eggs later. I also bought all my ingredients to make Swole’s Anabolic Pumpkin Pie, so I’m excited for that. There will be a lot of experimenting this week!

Thanks man. Really, I’m trying to lose weight and you’re talking about some yummy ass food.

points at heart

You broke it.

I understand about weight loss and thinking about food.

It sucks…

Let me know how you like the pie Tico…I’ll take the blame if you dont like it…

Did you get whipped cream? I was all out but really wanted some.

I’m a bulking loyalist.

I love food

I’m a used to be fat guy.

And bulking loyalist. Hell I bulked for nearly 18 years straight.

<3 Food more than your know.

I love bulking, too. I just have trouble getting too low body fat %. I can put on a lot of strength, but the low bf never really comes my way, even with strict diet.

Swole, I bet the pie will turn out fine :). I’m not picky at ALL; I love all food(except olives!).

Also, something I just tried, even though its nothing new, is 2cups oatmeal, 1 scoop Grow! Whey, and cinnamon sprinkled on top. It tastes great!

That is usually my first meal after I get back from running on carb up days. Exactly what you described…I love it.

Seems I’m good at improving strength as well, as the leaner I attempt to get the more I feel like I can’t get leaner.

My goal is to come up with the most epic shake of all time. Considering shakes make up most of my meals while I’m at work, I need more variety.

Get Swole,

Im thinking that Almond butter might be a better choice with a sweet potato, but I also love peanut butter.

It doesnt really work if you follow a P+C or P+F approach ala Berardi.
