I was looking at Toney Freeman’s website and listening to his bio. it really is interesting. he seems extremely level-headed, straight forward in his approach.
A really good listen. If ya got the time, i thoroughly recommend it. (its 25 mins long.)
Note: at what age are you usually a freshman, it that the start of university or high school?

You’re considered a freshman (at least in the US) at the beginning of high school and college
yeah i read that, but he said he started training when he was a freshman, soooo… im going to assume college, cos he’s 40 in the clip and had been training for 18rs? or something so ill assume college.

He says he graduated from high school “6’2 at 155lbs soaking wet”, so college would seem like a good bet…
Just to avoid any confusion, normally college = university (in the US).
Freshmen in high school = 14 years old.
Freshmen in college/university = 18 years old.
