you’re not boring but thats bc i get a kick out of calling you “nads” and you havent told me not to, yet.
im also perpetually 8 years old.
i really, really like pointing out the logic fail of someone elses argument. sure, it doesnt count as a real argument for me, but it makes me feel better when i do it, and even better when its in public.
i still hope i never really disagree with you about something.
I came to see your amazing workouts, but I got caught up in all this food talk. It’s making me hungry! Anyway, more to the point, like the rest of the PW world, I’m coveting your pull-up ability, and nice work overall! Best of luck with your case.
Masch: You’re right. An 8 day training cycle just extends the training cycle past the typical 7 day week. Mine looks like this: T-MP; F-Sqt; Sun-Bench; Tues-DL; Fri-MP ect. I feel like a slouch. But, I’m trying to train smarter so I can keep training. Nursing this hip sucks.
Kimba: Thanks for the pep talk. Sometimes the crap the state puts out really gets to me. We could never win like that. And it hurts to lose to it.
Cbear: Nads is cool. I like it. It makes me think of testicles. I enjoy arguing too. But, when there is more than your ego at stake there is more pressure. My client is in prison for 300 months. And everyone in that courtroom, but me, is trying to keep him there. It’s a four (3 judge panel + 1AG) against me intellectual fight. But not today. Today the judges were on my side. I made the points I needed to make. And then I got to watch the court hammer the state’s attorney with them. It felt really good.
Thanks Lanels:

Training today= hip rehab shit. Not worth writing about. I’m going to try to run tomorrow. I miss it.
glad to hear things went well at work. yoghurt is a health food… but i’m fond of the extra creamy yoghurt that is pretty high in fat. meh. tastes delicious. hope your hip feels better soon and you have a good run.
Not quite 5 miles. Hip started to complain. So I walked the last bit home. But, I’m feeling pretty good right now. I think I’m ready to add the running back in. And I’m excited. Btw the deload and this week where I feel like I did nothing, I’m ready to start training hard again.
Glad the hip isn’t too bad. Don’t push it too hard too soon, though. I know you don’t need me to tell you that but I also know the temptation of returning after injury too soon.
And moar gymnastics vids please!
Cal: I’m trying to take it easy. I think my hip flexor injury is completely healed, but now I have a touch of sciatica. Thou shall not shuffle. Injury begets injury.
Charlie: NO gluten? Damn. That sounds tough. I’m having a hard time with my limited ban on junk food. Change is not easy.
Thanks kimba.
Cbear: You’re smart and fierce. You should consider a career in public defense; I think you would be well suited to it. And we need people like you.

cool handstands. making it a mission for this summer. I got the headstands down two summers ago… time to rock the handstands. It looks so funny when your leg is flopped over and you’re walking. LOVE IT! <3 nice work.
