The One-Day Arm Cure?

I was wondering if anyone has completed this excercise. It claims that you have between 1-1.5" gain on your arms in 24-hours after completing, sounds interested.

Anyone giving this a try? Im doing it on sunday with 2 of my buddies, but im guessing im going to have to take the next 5 days off of lifting because of the extreme soarness.

The only way you can make worthwhile gains in one day is if you read a good book on training.

I did it two weeks ago, with sceptical attitude. I did prepare from the day before (home alone). I did change a little, I included push up with differente arm position (closed, wide open, sphinx) and mainly curls with db, bar, etc. I think creatine is a component of this routine, so, i was loaded. I measure at the beggining. 14.1/4" I did the routine all day long, missed just 2. My arm was at the end of the day 15.1/2". Just a pump. Next day at night (24hrs later), it receeded to 14.1/2" net gain: 1/4". BUT, the following weeks I did my routine as usual (20rep squat) and now my arm stays at 15.1/4", I am very unhappy with my arm size, but this gain has been nice. I think you should give a try and justify the grow by doing something that force your body to keep the “new arm” by doing something that force it to stay that way.

Arm has been my weakest part, hard to grow, that is why I try anything. this routine is worth a try, it seems to work. Be careful with the curls, I think you should prepare a routine as hard as that, but with your favorites curls instead.

There is also one (that brougth me from 13-14") called the 31 days routine, it works, but you must be discilplinated and expect a bounce back. concistent and methodical work is never replaced by this stuff. this is just to shock your muscle.

Hope it helps.

thanks for advice, and nice gains

I’m doing this with a friend in 1 weeks time. I’ll keep you up to date. Mind you one of us is an easy-hard-gainer who only does strength, and the other is a meso who is a volume-junkie.
It will be a good comparison.

Completed it Thursday, now I didnt get pump measurements, but I have a 1/4’ gain on my forearms so far, and a 1/4’ gain on my upper arms. I will post again in a few days time, and I will also be testing my bench improvement/deteriation from doing this (from the tricep work) in a weeks time.

I guess we all respond differently, but, yeah - same increase in my forearms as upper arms!

Over the day I ate:

1kg pumpkin
.5kg potato
.5kg yogurt
18 eggs
4 bananas
200g whey
40g creatine
1L milk
4 soft-drink cans

I was pissing the creatine, milky piss. And my arms are much better and it is only the 3rd day. I guess this isn’t best on my level of lifting experience, other heavier people have had much better results.

well, look at it in terms of proportional gain. You weight is low. There are plenty of articles stating that to gain arm size, you must increase body weight. don’t get caugth for the bicep driven behavior. Do plenty of compounds and you will see results. human arm is complex and made to work in complexity. search exercises that work you arm from shoulder to wrist in one session, don’t focus on bicep, focus on tricep. Curl very slowly, there is an article from CT about the arm position to change the emphasys on arms.

Congrat for the determination, I know you will acomplish but you has to be patient.

Lol. Actually I am a WS4SB boy myself, and was skeptical of this method, and so was trying it out for experiment’s sake. Don’t worry I am not caught up in the Biceps fad lol. I wasnt exactly doing this for any reason other than to blast it because I had some free time.

I would say don’t try this all-day thing unless you are 220+ and are plateaued or something, but yeah, the results say for themselves there was some effect. Personally, though, I would have been better off just continuing my WS4SB.

Ok, I accept my placebo effect of one inch and agree with you that poliquin was wrong.
