Thats what Im doing now. seeing improvement
don’t do this shit lol. I tried it once like a couple of years ago and my arms did get like 3/4 of an inch bigger but just because of all the inflamation. I literally couldn’t lift properly till like two weeks after the workout and anything involving my arms was very weak
