Overhead Squats

regarding sumo dl, bc of the wide stance, force production is upward as in conventional dl but also force is brought into your center from both sides to due the legs being wider. This engages part of the pecs to tense up, kinda like a very low fly. Next time you sumo, have someone tap ur chest and u’ll notice that it is contracting. Same effect can be seen in rack pulls.

if i could OH squat i would pick that as my “one” movement. maybe pushing a heavy prowler does that count?

edit: i should really say that in any dl force is exerted down, but i aint no physicistologist
