Bosu ball curls, so I can work my abs and my biceps at the same time.

atlas stones

LOL!

I am definitely doing both but I prefer the front squat since I can go “deeper”

leg press

Cock push-ups?

My favorite exercise is the deadlift. This is partially because I love how it recruits muscles in my lower body, core, and grip, and partially because I don’t want to get called out for being the first guy to say that he genuinely enjoys bench pressing.

And I’m thankful we have so many Phd’s in kinesiology ITT who are benevolent enough to inform us common folk that no exercise can work every single muscle in your body. No tmuscle thread is complete without somebody making a point of being a pretentious ass for literally no reason at all.

they way to answer this question is to think… if i was only allowed do ONE exercise for the rest of my life, what would it be? Personally it would be the olympic lift → clean and jerk. Because it hits every single muscle in your entire body. if not directly every muscle at least helps stabilize with cocontractions. This exercise helps with muscle synergy, explosiveness, dexterity, strength, coordination and balance/stabilization(even your innercore for stabilization). Thing is, it can be categorized as a two part exercise. you can have a whole workout just with this one exercise, unlike anything else.

This shit is stupid.

Calling it mental masturbation is being kind.[/quote]

Amen…

SHIVER ME TIMBERS - what a question!
And fuck me hard that I’m even answering, but here goes:

*** bent-over (70-90 degrees) barbell row, medium-width and supinated grip ***
Gives you the most bang for your buck, as some people like to put it:
-will give you a V taper
-will work your back in general
-will give you da biceps
-will work your spinal erectors and abs
-will have a noticeable impact on your strength due to all the muscles involved and thus allow you to engage in some serious dick-waving contests about how much you can row, row row your boat
-doesn’t require a spotter (seeing how OP’s question implies a certain minimalism)

This:

Power snatch.

Stripper loaded hip thrusters.

full back squat

one-armed semi-pronated fat-grip power somersault clean and jerk-off.

it works pretty much everything.

This kid has a ton of great instructional videos on how to do some very effective dance/exercise moves. Some of my favorites.

One rep is all it takes.

But no. One exercise isn’t enough, you need to expand your repetoire for best results:

Oh and ^you ruined my day.
