Yeah, Food Scanner ties in with a “Daily Burn” app, which will track workouts and weight. I haven’t really gotten started with that, and since I don’t get cell reception in my gym I don’t know if it will be useful for me in tracking workouts, but I think it’s pretty cool, and they are both free iirc.

Okay guys, I need a group vote. Tonight I’m going to be doing yoga instead of lifting. Specifically, I’m doing power yoga, which is definitely a challenge and I’ll be sweating balls at the end. However, it is specifically for flexibility and a certain kind of conditioning.

So, which one should I count it as:

A. 25pt workout.

B. 10pt conditioning

I’m leaving this up to you.

I have done power yoga, I’d count it as 25.

Basically you’re spending an hour moving your body in ways that puch your limits.

IS IT AN HOUR CLASS? Kills.sorry caplock. By “power” does it involve anything like supporting your weight on your hands? I’m inclined to say WORKOUT. only I don’t think you can get 25 for this if you lift too. I would say one I’d the other. I desk the same way about 2b’s hocky. I think +25 workout unless there is ALSO A workout thatdsay then I think it should only be +!0.
