Okay guys, I need a group vote. Tonight I’m going to be doing yoga instead of lifting. Specifically, I’m doing power yoga, which is definitely a challenge and I’ll be sweating balls at the end. However, it is specifically for flexibility and a certain kind of conditioning.

So, which one should I count it as:

A. 25pt workout.

B. 10pt conditioning

Can I count 1oz of cheddar full fat as heLthy fat? I am inclined to only because my prior coach would include it in my food and it SS subbable for nuts etc.

My schedule has ended up having me doing deadlifts and my Wednesday night hockey on the same day…

My legs finally started finding some rythem 2/3’s of the way into the skate.

Last Wednesday was Arms/Lats lifting. That’s why I lifted and played.

That hour of hockey is a LOT of anaerobic work.

I’m pretty pleased with that. I beat my last week’s score by 170pts. Even if I lose the over all contest, that’s good news.
