It’s from a show my smallish kid still watches. It’s like a modern updated version of Sesame Street…But I guess people that don’t have small kids are less likely to know. Just like I didn’t know who or what a SpongeBob was until I had a 2 yr old.
Oh yeah I did tell him he should count hockey as a workout, not exercise. I didn’t think he would actually do all three in the same day. This is what you get for underestimating people.
Breakfast: 25pts
shake with frozen spinach, protein powder, a tangelo, and nuts (I really did this. It tastes like apple peel. Kind ew,but not unbearable): 25pts
lunch (chicken, tangelo, nuts, carrot): 25 pts
dinner (tilapia and potato): +20pts
before bed shake (same as previous shake): 25pts
walking everywhere (about 3 miles): 10pts
So folks, I am not in the FA eating contest, but you’ve inspired me to track my food better. I had an iPhone 3G for four years and it was slow and cranky enough that I was having trouble using any apps. Got a 4S this weekend and suddenly my old apps are awesome. I have one, Food Scanner, that will scan the bar codes on your food (drinks, nuts, yogurt, etc.) and look up other stuff (meat, etc) and track it for you all nice and pretty. It’s really easy, highly recommend.

Hi PMPM!
Fortunately, I think I’m the only one of the three competing at the moment with a iPhone

I’ve heard about this app! Right now I’m using a prepaid, $25 go phone. I was thinking about updating to the $50 one with a camera. LOL! It’s doesn’t even have a keyboard, much less food scanning abilities.
You should join us. The competitive part really does help me stay on track. I think I ate healthier yesterday than I have in my entire life (no joke) try to catch up and beat these two!
