OMG! okay threadjack but I was texting some dude and I wanted to write Barbell and my phone changed it to BATHROOM. bahahahaha! Phone not sexy :frowning:
lol! What were you doing with the “bathroom”?
Girl, I was getting UNDER IT OBVI!

boahahaha

oh you SHOULD!

It’s from a show my smallish kid still watches. It’s like a modern updated version of Sesame Street…But I guess people that don’t have small kids are less likely to know. Just like I didn’t know who or what a SpongeBob was until I had a 2 yr old.

I’m gonna try to start playing next week.
My meet prep for this weekend is not letting me go to the gym right now

Awesome. It’ll be fun to have another!

I thought about asking to play, but then I realized I was halfway through a dozen donuts, so prolly not worth it haha

So what if I do a cardio work out and a weight work out, is that a total of 70 points? :stuck_out_tongue:

I think +10 for cardio AND +25 for lifting.

LOL Yep you’ve got the points right.

I SUPPOSE you could get 70pts from working out if you lifted once in the morning, once at night, and went on two 15+ minute walks.

Wednesday - 02/22/12

Food - 80 points
Exercise - 60 points
Total - 140 points

Morning Pushups, etc - 10 points
Lifted in the afternoon - 25 points
Hour of Ice Hockey @9 - 25 points

Oh yeah I did tell him he should count hockey as a workout, not exercise. I didn’t think he would actually do all three in the same day. This is what you get for underestimating people.

Breakfast: 25pts
shake with frozen spinach, protein powder, a tangelo, and nuts (I really did this. It tastes like apple peel. Kind ew,but not unbearable): 25pts
lunch (chicken, tangelo, nuts, carrot): 25 pts
dinner (tilapia and potato): +20pts
before bed shake (same as previous shake): 25pts
walking everywhere (about 3 miles): 10pts

total: 130

Fukkkkkkkkkk bofffffff of youuuuuuu! Don’t even think I’m not starting a.m. fasted cardio.
Every.single.day.

Ouch, you’re double posting, H

So folks, I am not in the FA eating contest, but you’ve inspired me to track my food better. I had an iPhone 3G for four years and it was slow and cranky enough that I was having trouble using any apps. Got a 4S this weekend and suddenly my old apps are awesome. I have one, Food Scanner, that will scan the bar codes on your food (drinks, nuts, yogurt, etc.) and look up other stuff (meat, etc) and track it for you all nice and pretty. It’s really easy, highly recommend.

Hi PMPM!

Fortunately, I think I’m the only one of the three competing at the moment with a iPhone

Although I’m sure there an Android app like that…

I’ve heard about this app! Right now I’m using a prepaid, $25 go phone. I was thinking about updating to the $50 one with a camera. LOL! It’s doesn’t even have a keyboard, much less food scanning abilities.

You should join us. The competitive part really does help me stay on track. I think I ate healthier yesterday than I have in my entire life (no joke) try to catch up and beat these two!

That app sounds cool enough for me to give up my old school cell phone!!!

so I start officially next Monday??

Sure. Whenever you want.
