can you count a protein as a healthy fat, like fish?
And what if you eat A LOT of veggies…or is 2lbs of broccoli still only count as 5pts?
can I count my walks (2x/day) as 10 each?
I’m playing!!!

How long are your walks? If they are over 20 minutes, I’m inclined to count them. What does everyone else think about this?
YES. Count walks! I say veg per meal gives the +5 points? thats my inclination anyways. a meal of all veg is still just +5? I dunno.
Yep (on both walks and how to count the veggies). Although, you guys should be warned that I walk 2+ miles a day to and from school ![]()
BTW, to answer part of MIM’s original post, yes if you eat a protein source that has a healthy fat in it, that counts +5 for fat and +10 for protein. Also, I count steak, hamburger, regular chicken, etc, as healthy fats and proteins. However, fast food stuff still counts as -5pts for the whole meal.
I counted my entire trip to BK last night as -15

so 96/4 extra lean ground beef is +10 for protein AND +5 for healthy fat? Cuz I get more points for yesterday AND today if thats the case.

How many grams of fat is actually in that? If it’s more than 5g, I say count it.

4 oz is 4.8 grams of fat ![]()
Yesterday I ate one 4oz serving at one meal and one 2oz serving at another meal… total of 6.8 so maybe only count +5 healthy fat for those two meals combined?

You mean natural peanut butter right? I’ve been counting a one ounce single serving of almond butter from whole foods as +5 healthy fat and Oleena hasn’t dinged me! so I say, +5 healthy fat.
