The Flame-Free Confession Thread

Sharks and other wild animals do consider people as food, in the absence of a weapon we are pretty low on the food chain and it is arrogant to think that animals are scared of us just because we are man.

My dad is better at nearly everything than I am, I have a mental block when it comes to beating him.

Human caused global warming is bs.

People who served in the armed services should not have to pay taxes.

Women should not be allowed in combat roles and all officers in the military should have to serve a minimum amount of time in combat.

People who are not competeing in strength sports at a high level should not even think about taking AAS.

Frank Zane was the greatest body builder that ever lived.

Mass Monsters look comical.

This is a pretty good list!

I hate 99% of the guys that go to e every gym I’ve been to. Pretty much all act like high school football dbags.
I consume way too many protein shakes vs real food
i watched an entire season of dexter in one sitting
I’m pooping…right now
Stereotypes exist bc they are true. They are not racist
I once cut my ballsack shaving and had to wear a bandaid for a week

The top pros look disgusting and lead shallow, meaningless lives (with a few exceptions of course)
Obama is ruining our country
Bill Clinton was one of the best presidents in the past century
Food stamps should be regulated the same way FSA’s are as well as require monthly drug tests and more scrutinizing means testing
Reality tv ruined an entire generation
MTV invented what we now know was the douchebag
If I have to call you African American, then you have to call me European American
Going to Iraq was a mistake
Going to Afghanistan was a mistake
There has never been and will never be a viable counter-insurgency plan, let them all blow one another to their perception of heaven (which I also don’t believe in)
Nirvana was a terrible band
Driving a lifted truck does not make up for your sub-par iq or penis size
If murder was illegal…about once a week.

Condoms are disgusting. If I wanted to include balloon animals in my sex life I’d fuck clowns
99% of supplements do…nothing
I’m still pooping
I love my dogs more than I could possibly love a human child
Fuck cats
Income tax needs to be raised. Our nation’s infrastructure runs off of revenue from taxes, if you don’t want to contribute via taxes…don’t plan on driving on roads, going to public schools, receiving help from fire dept, police dept, etc. Stop bitching or get the fuck out

Oooh I wanna play. . .

Im digging flame free zones.

I believe people severely rely on ’ genetics’ being an excuse to not being big;
I believe 80% of gymrats especially those online swear by the 8-10% bf ratio although mainly being quite higher than that;
I think people rely too much on BF numbers rather than looking big/good; its not like you can wear a t shirt with your BF index;
I’ve LEARNED that, people lie and have you take in Waay to many carbs necessarily. I cut my carbs drastically before my comp cut and dropped 18 lbs and keeping muscle;
People don’t ask for advice, they demand you to write programs and cycles for them;
I believe the gym is overrun with indigent fools who wants instantaneous muscle gains and when they fail, judge whoever is better shape;
The anonymity of the internet breeds people with the bravado of Patton;
People purposely do retarded ’ unique’ exercises in a lame attempt of credibility;
Supps is multi million dollar enterprise that caters to morons " Bro, the label says ill increase my testosterone by 5000%!";
If your constantly bitching about your contest prep, no one but chicks give a Fuck, its your choice;
I think female bodybuilding has way too many classes, way too many divisions to notice one from another;
I think men’s physiques class is a scapegoat for people who cab ripped but not ripped and big;
Shouldn’t start steroids at 35% BF, you should start a bicycle instead;
NPC is giving out waay, waay too many pro cards;
Racism in bodybuilding is practically non existing;
People run retarded cycles and look mediocre at best;
I Fucking hate leg day but do it outta necessity;
I love cheesecake,
I love cheese steak,
Im addicted to 400 grams of protein a day;
I don’t get hung up on body types, only see two types, built, and unbuilt;
Stu is one of the most helpful insightful guys anywhere! Even in debates, he is quite pleasant and respectable.

I wonder if I am missing something…

  1. naturals should defiantly train different to those on moderate-high dosages of gear.
  2. somatotypes are bullshit, ive seen people go from ecto’s to endo’s and then finish up as meso’s
  3. people who claim natty but aren’t are ruining the fitness industry and set a false example for gullible newbs
  4. having some strength work in your training is a good thing, even for a bodybuilder.

Couldn’t agree more!

I don’t mean to appear as cocky, but I’m totally game to fight a 180 lb cougar. I mean think about this logically, if I can press a 170 lb dumbbell over my head with one arm, snatch 225, and carry well over 250 lbs in each hand, then I’d have very little trouble with a cougar. If he lunged at me, I’d simply catch him like I do sandbags in training, and slam him to the ground.

If he got up for more beatings, I’d simply clean him, and press him over my head with one arm and return him to the ground where he lay defenseless followed by his emphatic death, via blow to the head from my fists backed up by all of my tricep power.

I fully concur. You would win. So happy someone else is as confident in human superiority as I am.

Theres a reason I don’t see any of the really big guys in there 40’s not doing Deadlifts/Squats half the time(if ever) at my gym.

I’d like to think this is at least an area related to BB purposes not Political stuff.

You don’t see them not doing squats and dead lifts half the time?

Which is to say that you do see them doing squats and dead lifts half the time?

The “if ever” has me confused. What are you trying to say?

Taking what ironmanzvw wrote and adjusting it…

I hate 99% of the guys that go to e every gym I’ve been to. Pretty much all act like high school football dbags.

i watched an entire season of The Wire/The Shield in one sitting

Stereotypes exist because they are true. They are not racist

Obama is ruining our country

Bill Clinton is responsible for all the deaths during the first 2 years of the war in Iraq

Reality TV ruined an entire generation

MTV invented what we now know was the douche bag

If I have to call you African American, then you have to call me European American

Going to Iraq was a mistake

running Afghanistan as a conventional war was a mistake

There has never been and will never be a properly executed counter-insurgency plan, primarily due to lack of leadership and intestinal fortitude to carry it out

Nirvana was a terrible band

I love my children more than any entire nation deserves to live

Income tax needs to be adjusted and probably raised.Producers should not have to pay so that homeless loving hippies in Portland can have free cellphones and drink Starbucks

adding my personal BB note:

Volume works better for mass gains after 40

I absolutely agree with this. I know people will say its not, but i truly believe that soreness is the best indicator of really hitting the target muscle.
