That’s above my pay-grade lol. I’m honestly not sure how it would work, and I’ve never used so my knowledge is limited. I just remember Dorian Yates talking about something similar due to some of the problems people have these days with the efficacy, purity, and safety of the gear they buy from some random schmuck they have to trust isn’t screwing them.[/quote]

Right, but bodybuildng dosages are not clinical dosages, and therefore it’s unethical for a physician to prescribe anabolics in TEN TO TWENTY TIMES clinical dosage. In many cases they would induce further medical problems: polycythemia, hyperlipidemia, edema, and so on. Dorian was monitored by a physician throughout his entire career (so he says), and unless his physician was a rogue physician, he likely got his drugs from a dealer. He also said that he used ONE GRAM of testosterone per week with deca durabolin and orals and that he NEVER had a problem with his blood values, which I find HIGHLY UNLIKELY with that amount of drugs.

All drugs should be legalised.

I don’t care how ripped or shredded someone is… if people can’t tell you workout until you take your shirt off you’re doing it wrong.

Oh and also, I’ve never actually taken any, worst i’ve done is had a cigarette ha

I haven’t been able to make my triceps brutally sore in the past 6 months. Chest sure, back easy, legs of course, tris not so much…

Too many people major in the minors. I’ve made more progress in 12 weeks just nailing my diet and only worrying about basic supplements than any other short period. I find it crazy the amount that can get spent on supps without doing simple things like nailing a diet properly.

Though with legalization, many more clinical studies can be performed on steroid use. These studies would allow the medical community to perhaps push the envelope on the dosages a subject can receive with a board of ethics still being ok with it.

I don’t mean to appear as cocky, but I’m totally game to fight a 180 lb cougar. I mean think about this logically, if I can press a 170 lb dumbbell over my head with one arm, snatch 225, and carry well over 250 lbs in each hand, then I’d have very little trouble with a cougar. If he lunged at me, I’d simply catch him like I do sandbags in training, and slam him to the ground.

If he got up for more beatings, I’d simply clean him, and press him over my head with one arm and return him to the ground where he lay defenseless followed by his emphatic death, via blow to the head from my fists backed up by all of my tricep power.

I’ll take that wager.

Are you talking about an actual cougar or a cougar statue?

I don’t believe Mountaindog, or DC, or Smolov, or Big Beyond Belief, or any kind of training program is “hardcore.”

I don’t believe any lifter is hardcore for what they do in the gym, because it’s your choice, and you’re doing it for your own benefit.

The guy who gets his legs blown off overseas and finds a way to play competitive wheel chair basketball again at the elite level…that’s hardcore.

A woman who loses her husband in a car accident and raises two kids while working two different jobs…that’s hardcore.

This ^

I wish I had that on a banner to post in front of every xfit gym full of “hardcore” dbags lpl

Squats aren’t as magical as people say.

Back Squats are better than front squats for your legs.

Bench Press is overrated for chest development.

You can’t force feed your body to grow. After a while, your body just becomes more efficient at gaining fat and you end up deluding yourself into thinking it’s quality muscle gains.

I would not let this bench pass.

If you look like a 12 year old shaved boy, you should not be giving any advice any where in this forum.

People that quote their bodyfat percentage by guessing are not very close
People that guess others are only throwing numbers around
You don’t need to say you have MMC…how about simplifying it and lifting the fucking weight correctly?
Overtraining can’t be done in the short term, and with structure is beneficial when cycled
On explosive lifts, adding a small amount of weight is nearly inconsequential, because you don’t know how fast you lifted the lesser load. It is important in the long term, however.
A deadlift is not a pull. You are still putting force into the floor
direct arm work is worthless like supplements IF the foundation isn’t sound.
Long duration, low load exercise, commonly called cardio, is harmful in the long term
Cardio is the dumbest name for a type of exercise.
Hanson had some good songs
We use too many abbreviations.
Chocolate milk being a good recovery food is opening the door to Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey being accepted for the same.
